I have to complaint for flight LH1282 Frankfurt to Athens 16/5 13:45
We were boarded on time 13:15 and the aircraft left after 3 hours. For three hours we were seated in the aircraft waiting for updates. I have a child 6 years old, had nothing to eat because this was a connection flight and the previous flight was also delayed, so we were running to be on time. We boarded on time at 13:15 and the only think given for 3hours was a really small chocolate!!! When I requested from the staff to give me the option to
Order and PAY they replied that they are not allowed until the aircraft is in the air!!!
They gave me an apple and some peanuts… but as you may understand this is not a solution for a six years old boy at 14:30 that a lunch is served . I was really disappointed from the service and wouldn’t expect from a company like Lufthansa not to provide any food and drinks, not even the option to pay for it, to passengers seated for 3 hours in a craft and then having another 2, 5 hours flight that you had to buy the food. This was unaccepted. Unfortunately although Lufthansa was a preferred company all these years, after that I will think in the future if I will choose your company to fly again… you have no people oriented mindset especially when we are talking for children!!!
