I had travelled from UK to India on 31st December 2022. Lufthansa missed my baggage during transit in Germany and I was stuck in India till 3rd Jan without any of my things. I had my laptop charges in it and hence was unable to work till then. Their website said I can claim for this delay. I submitted my claim on 2nd Jan and till date have heard no response from them. I've sent multiple follow-ups but still no response. This is abhorrent customer service. Was this information helpful? |
