Good afternoon to Clarify my situation about extra luggage i bought separetly in addition to the flight booked by my company I bought separate luggage from my own card by myself. And you don’t understand Why Lufthansa cancelling the flight is not feeling obligated to return money for extra luggage I payed with my own pocket.please look into this case and I m not gonna rest till this case is not solved.
Plus the company doesn’t respond what is that ?
