Hi we were 4 pax flying on[protected] from Mumbai-Frankfurt-cancun and return on[protected] cancun-Frankfurt-Mumbai we were suppose attend family wedding and 4 days holiday we all had all the valid documents passport, schenzhen visa, hotel transfer, hotel booking and 1 pax even had Mexico visa despite having all this documents the checkin counter and manager due to there lack of knowledge they didn’t let us board and hold our passport for 3 hrs and they threatened us we cannot travel through any other airline despite we requesting them that we can change our itenary but they were very rude and they even didn’t suggest any alternative solution due to which my whole family was mentally harassed and my kids were in trauma as they never faced this kind of treatment on any airport I would like to claim Rs1500000/- for the looses which has occurred due to lack of airport staff knowledge I had loss all my booking money for hotel, transfer, air ticket .
For luftansa knowledge I have flown through Turkish airline on[protected] from Mumbai-Istanbul-cancun and[protected] cancun-Istanbul-Mumbai on the same schenzhen visa and I didn’t had any problem in travelling.
Than why did luftansa had issue when we had valid schenzhen visa Was this information helpful? |
