I am totally pissed off with the attitude of Luftansa on the cancellation policy...today I did the cancellation on line and when checked with the airlines on the status on when it will be credited to my account, I was surprised to know that they said that the maximum time for refund will be 3 to 4 weeks...this is sheer exploitation...I can understand delay for a week but 3 to 4 weeks is a killer. well while taking it just takes 10 second and the account is debited...Not sure how many such cases are there but i did not like the unprofessional attitude of such a big airliner to hold back money of someone else for such long period...Durgesh Jharbade

It is very difficult to file for refund if not nearly impossible since anyway they never respond to your concerns or even resolve despite multiple calls to the numbers given or to their partners. No other airline gives such headaches.
