Lufthansa — Refund for excess baggage payment

I made payments for excess baggage, payment got deducted from my bank but neither confirmation or acknowledgement was sent to me. At airport they informed me, I do have excess baggage. I sent detailed email to customersupport.[protected]@dlh.de, however no one has acknowledged the email or sent any response. At customer care, they just tell me to email. Please help.
