Your e-mail dated 05 July 2023 has reference whereby confirmation was sent that lost baggage claim will be paid. It is now more than 6 weeks later and NO refund has been received. Lufthansa mail for reference below - please provide update as soon as possible:

There is good news: You get money from us!
We will reimburse you for your purchases in accordance with the legal requirements of the Montreal Convention. We will cover the cost of clothing, hygiene items, socks and underwear in full and insofar as they do not exceed the maximum limit of 906, 72 EUR (corresponds to 1, 288 special drawing rights) established by the Montreal Convention. To do this, you actually need to return the clothes to us with proof of purchase (except for hygiene items and underwear).
As a goodwill gesture, we will waive the requirement to return any items to our office and reimburse your claim in full. A bank transfer in the amount of 906, 72 EUR will be instructed with the next payment run to your chosen bank account.
