Dear Sir/Madam,
I took first service of my Activa 6G Scooter at Maansarovar Honda Service Centre, Velachery on 10.02.2021. I think, I had a worst experience in my life. They washed the vehicles very well. But the job-card we mentioned some points, he doesn’t care of it. Even though, the name plates itself not fixed properly.
I bought all the accessories along with my vehicle (Activa 6G) from Maansarovar Honda, Medavakkam. Horn sound (buser) of the indicator was very nice and working extremely. While coming back to the first service, the indicator is not working and indicator horn is also not shouted. I went 3 times (immediately on day one – 10.02.2021, 15.02.2021 & 16.02.2021) to the service center and rectifying these errors. Finally, the service Manager told “The buser is not recommended for anyone”. Since I have some more issues can you suggest any other good service center.

      Hi,

      I am Tharun from Chennai, using HONDA Amaze SMT petrol 2020. I had purchased this honda amaze car from Maansarovor honda(Porur, Chennai) in august 2020. It's been 2months since I purchased and has run less than 2000 km now; maintained at the same dealership to date. I had faced a major accident yesterday(26/10/2020) while driving the car along with my family along with a kid. The car got fire on the engine cabin.

      The incident: I was driving yesterday(26/10/2020) from my home to my relative's place for a very important occasion, the gear shift stuck suddenly after driving 5km from my home. I immediately stopped the car and opened the engine cabin and found fire inside the engine cabin on 3 cables near the engine, it was a horrifying situation for our entire family and people who were around at the spot. Imagine if the car has caught fire completely and caused a major accident. I Stopped the fire by pouring water and contacted the dealer immediately. The response from the dealer was very lethargic and disappointing. I was routed to several people without understanding my emergency. I was traveling with my family of 4 along with a 4-year kid, we were in a complete panic at that moment and needed the dealers to help immediately. But, the dealer was completely unsupportive, delayed in sending recovery, and created more panic. The incident was informed at 11.45 am and the vehicle was picked up at 5 pm. I had gone to the dealership along with the vehicle and wanted it to be diagnosed, but such an equipped dealership couldn’t tell the reason for the incident. They had asked time to bring Honda Cars India expert to diagnose. Hope this has been reported from the dealership to Honda already. The last update I got from the dealership today(27/10/2020) at 3.00 pm is again to brief on how and when the accident happened, I had explained the same multiple times with various people. I am expecting to get an update on the cause of the accident and am not able to understand why it is taking so much time for a company like Honda to diagnose the problem.

      I had chosen a Honda car hoping it would be durable and have a pleasant experience for years. It has turned out the other side with a horrifying experience within 2 months of purchase. I and my family are not out of the panic yet and by god's grace, we are alive today.

      I had reported the accident to Honda customer care through [protected] yesterday(26/10/2020) and got a communication id 1-[protected] &[protected] registered.

      I would like to know what happened and caused such a major accident in a brand new car. This is not acceptable at all and looks like a defective vehicle sold to me. I would need a quick response to this and the resolution for my loss in all aspects

        I have purchased Activa 5G, there is a cost diviation between invoice price and billed amount so I need the amount split details how mu they can billed extra price from invoice.

          We gave the bike for oil service and seat lock repair, they took the bike and delivered us after 4 days and we are not able to self start the bike and the clutch is completely spoiled! We have them to repair back and it was the same again they trapped it for the 4th time they don’t know to repair and the manager their was very rude and responded very bad and irritated us literally! They made us to wait for 4 hrs and treated us very bad we paid 2300 for the service and now bike is still the same bad condition they didn’t take steps to repair back and they don’t know hi repair basically!             Visited Maansarovar Honda, Porur branch on Dec 14th, 2019 and booked "Red Amaze VX CVT Petrol". Paid initial booking fee of Rs.11, 000 for the same (Receipt No: 24027) on Dec 14th, 2019. I was told that the car will be brought from the factory in 8-9 days.

            Today (Dec 23, 2019), I am informed that the Red colour Amaze has got damaged during transit and cannot be delivered. As an alternative, white and other colours are suggested which we don't prefer.

            This is highly unacceptable as this is the second time I'm informed that Red cannot be delivered. The first time, after booking, I was told a customer has already booked and the system was not updated. After further followups they agreed to deliver Red, (which can be seen from the Invoice number above) and this time I am told it's damaged.

            This is our first car and we trusted Honda for the brand and assistance. We are running into bad experiences over and over by the showroom, while we want this to be a good experience and causing us to lose the trust on the Honda brand. Will be of great help if this is addressed and resolved.

              My vehicle has run just 3000 km and i am getting oil burning smell from the engine
              I have been to your service center twice, the technician says it's normal in hornet
              I have been driving bike past 25 years and i have not experienced such type of oil burning smell in any of my vehicles
              I am totally not satisfied with your service worst service experience ever seen in my history
              If tomorrow i get any problems in the vehicle maansarovar honda service team is responsible.

                I have purchased a honda activa 5g two months ago at your dealer lakshmi motors avadi. But still not received the rc book. Registration number tn12ae 0977. Very poor response from your dealership. Always told that not came from rto. But rc book already active while i checked in online. Please take necessary movement as soon. Here after i can't wait too long.

                  My name Frank
                  Vehicle no TN22DM3015

                  Firstly it took 9 days to deliver the car, to certain extent i can understand since there was body work to be done.But there wasn't a proper follow up which was provided to me and false commitment on delivery dates.
                  Issues i faced are below,
                  1. Just before delivering the vehicle after me continuously following up, the company was telling me that we weren't able to fix the front bumper properly, This is after claiming around 20000 from the insurance company. I for the last 4 to 5 days i kept on asking about the status and if all issues have been fixed. Even during this time no one told me about this issue. Then i brought this issue up with Mr Suresh Menon and they had taken a look at it, unfortunately if you look at the photo attached the work wasn't properly done, they just applied some gum which looks so dirty. I have attached photograph.
                  2. Paint on the front bumper wasn't done properly and there are air bubbles all over the right side. this is after claiming 20000 rs from the insurance company. I will inform the insurance company about the improper work which was done by Honda after claiming so much of money. photo graph attached.
                  3. Mud flaps no screws were put even after i had spoken to Honda company at porur (Maanasrovar Honda). i told them so many times that the mud flaps are falling off because the screws are not put properly, but they haven't looked into the issue and just left it like that. photo graph attached without screws on mudflaps.
                  4. Coming to water wash and service, please take a look at the photo i am attaching, there is Bird poop on the top of the vehicle. full of it and other dirt. What kind of service is this. is there no manager that monitors all this. Or is it just take the money, make some sales and then let the customer bang there head.

                  I have shown all above complaints to the person who had delivered the car and he had also taken photographs. So this is not some story that i am making up, this is all facts.

                  I am very disappointed with the service at Honda Maansarovar, even if i had to give my car to a road side mechanic they would have done a 100 time better job than what was done by Honda.

                  I want all these complaints fixed, and do not charge me for petrol charges of pick and drop of vehicle. company needs to bear the cost. And for the pain i had gone through i want my car completely waxed and polished with rubbing and internal detailing. This is for all the pain i have gone through and surely there should be some compensation. Otherwise this company will never take anything serious.

                  I have dio bike last 6 months day 1 from still now I am facing stearing one side pulling issue..and I address the issue fork and stearing rod bend ...but sevice people they can't accept the claim of warranty...this is manufacture issue ...but yesterday I had pay 600 for service that are not doing single work on my bike ...they are cheated customer

                    Hello. I'm Vengadesan from India, Tamil nadu, Chennai. I have CBR 250R, my bike didn't get ignited so I left it for service in maansarovar Honda, Velachery, Chennai. They told me the key set is not working. Later, they told me ECM is also not working. The wire from key set has so many cuts and taped as shown in the picture below. I can't understand why bike wiring is damaged like this. I report on this service centre because they swap spare parts from one bike to another for their benefit. That's why the wiring is damaged entirely which has caused short circuit in keyset and ECM, leading UI to failure. Have a look at the images below. They are charging me heavily for their mistake. The response from the service centre is also very bad in this case. Kindly take some serious action. This problem is going on for past 3 months. I have also asked my advocate to file a case against maansarovar Honda Velachery Chennai.

                      I have bought cbr250r in 2017 from the first service my headlight switch was problem i have told many times but they didnt consider at that time they are doing but after that it was not working properly and in last service also i told but they just cleaned that switch and given after 10 days again same problem. So today i went (12 feb 2019) i have showed the problem now they are telling that u have to change the full assemble set cost 2500/- how is that possible it is not my mistake because start of the first service it is a problem or if it is not good means last time itself they need to tell to change the switch box but they didnt. So i need to solve the problem or whatever action taking also i m ok but it has to work...

                        I am having hr03s. 6739 amaze car to harmony honda for servicing on 09.11.2018. Cleaning is good but i think. Your dealer has return the war after washing. As i have complaint about the battery and pick up. As i have purchased ur product due to popularity. But now i consider its flap show. I have given the rating big zero. No drop facility was provided by the company. As i have makeup my mind for replace the new one. But no one try to contact me

                        I bought Honda Unicorn 150 July 2018 and driven just 36300 KMs only. Now, the service centre guys broke the carburetor while washing the bike and they are suggesting change the carburetor and i spent Rs. 6000/- for it.
                        It is worst experience with Honda Unicorn and their Manasoravaar Service Center in Chennai is worst. They are cheating. I never heard change the carburetor even more than 1.5 Lakh KMs ran the bike. Don't go Nanmangalam Branch Manasoravar Service Center, never buy and service from Mansorovar dealer. They are cheating and fraud. i am totally disappointed. The Honda Company will go to close at the earliest. If they produce low quality product and given low quality service

When i reached service centre pallikaranai response poor. Timings of delivery informed me today evening saturday and informed me 545pm we will take on monday only. Bills are so high i can't afford vehicle needs only gen service kindly do some justice i want prompt service and return bike today. They are giving blame...

                          The honda activa 3g blue color was given for service in manasarovar honda at medavakkam. I was asked to pay rs.914/- and get the vehicle delivered. So i visited their sales cum service center at medavakkam on august 13 2018. To my utter dismay i found that my vehicle is splashed with black color including the seat. I am very much disappointed and asked the service person why is my vehicle in such utter state. I was not given responsible answer, instead i faced flak from all the service and admin staffs. They tried to insult me, and behaved in lethargic attitude, that you do whatever you want. If you want take it or leave it. I have not taken the vehicle back. T v sanila is my name.

                            Hi, myself sittrarasan from pallikaranai, chennai.
                            I've booked hondo dio deluxe at velachery honda show room on 1st june and paid full amount on 5th june without any outstanding.

                            Show room manager assured me that i can get the bike within that week maximum or else 7 days from the date i booked. Today its 13 june and almost 12 days gone but i've not even received a single call on the delay and no response on my calls in return.

                            This clearly shows how bad the services that you're offering to a valued customers.
                            I've paid my full amount and not recieved my bike almost for 12 days. Can you imagine from my point?

                            Check later how to improve the services after our feedback that we're providing.

                            I strongly don't recommend anyone to purchase from this show room and i'm totally 200% disappointed with the service level and customer response and turn around time of product delivery.

                              Today i have given for a paid service amc in madipakam show room, i feel that it's totally waste and it's not worth full for the money.
                              Complaints are listed below,
                              1. Water wash was not good, after complaing the in charge ask the work men to redo it but after that also it's not good a name shake activity is only performed.
                              2. Asked to check the view angle of focus light it was not corrected only i have charged for nut besides the door.
                              3. After water wash there is no coating for shining and cleaning also not proper.
                              4. Replaced the battery because of failure but the root cause and the old battery status was not known
                              5. Late delivery arround 8.30 pm.
                              6. At the time of delivery there is a person to collect the cash but there is no one to clean the bike. Poor behavior to customer

                              According to my point of view only simple clean with water, tyre, battery and tank cover was replaced with new one anpd all these actions are performed only after 5 pm.
                              More over i have charged arround rs4100.

                              For the above mentioned points i need to file a complaints, pls send me concerns mail i'd or contact person

                                I got a activa 3g 08.02.2018 and when i check with the maanasarovar honda madipakkam outlet for free service they informed me that u can avail it when u drive for 4000 kms and they misguided me. And i was unaware of that and asked them for a free service at 30.1.2018 after reaching 4000 kms and relucantly the general manager at madipakkam started behaving so rude and he just screamed at me not even considering me as a customer and he din't even explain me about the service period. Without even realising their mistake for misguiding me and he behaved so rude

                                  I have been using for the past 4 years but recently i am very much frustrated about simple water service which lasted long time even after that nothing happened in water service. Even i escalated to manager adn all but not sure whether they took neceesary action or not. So going forwrd i will move other services and suggsted to my friends also to not use this show room. Wast of money. Waste of time and wast of energy.

                                    Instead of maansorovar honda the name can be kept as maanam ketta sorovar" this is the best title opt for them. They cheat customer and do service badly. Worst in crm - customer relationship management. They speak worstly towards customer i[censored] identify or blame them. They will blame you instead. So always record every thing about that maanam ketta maansorovar

                                      I have brought a new activa 125 (Tn 07 ch 9815) in jan/2017.
                                      I am facing many problems in my activa 125. The engine automatically getting off on the running and both the the wheels are been skiting. I have been compliant in the showroom from the first service but still i have the same problem... Recently also i have complianted in the third service. After the service it was in good condition but after 150km from the third service the problem has been started again. The activa 125 is getting unconditional day by day. And more over milage is giving.
