I visiting maansarovar honda which is in madipakkam (Near ullagaram oil mil bus stop) to purchase honda livo 110.
They have only blue color variant but i'm expecting black one,
The person who worked on that showroom convinced me to buy blue one. But i preferred black.
Also pay total amount of 70, 000 in a single pay, they promised me my vehicle will deliver within a week.
After that there is no response.
After 10 days, again i went to ask them retarding my vehicle delivery.
This time they request some more day to deliver the same.
Finally my vehicle arrived after 2 weeks and they suggest me to take my bike after complete registration process which is ok for me.

Actually i believed them

But there was an big surprise waiting for me is that the vehicle which delivered to me is already cross 30 km found in speedo meter.

After came to home i'm seen that delivery papers and all finally i come to know that the vehicle is purchased from their velachery branch showroom which was used there as a test drive piece.

I'm entirely disappointed

1. Breaking not good,
2. Disc break give several problem
3. Big headache is its vibrating a loot. Once touch 60 km of speed my hand feel like holding mobile in vibration mode.

They are cheated the customers, they are money minded.

Please do not prefer 'maansarovar honda' anywhere any time.

Every one told that the kun honda is best one.

    I own a Honda amaze RJ 06 CC 1848 since last 3 years now. Being extremely satisfied with the car, it met with a small accident.

    We have always trusted authorised honda dealers and the car was repaired by the Pink City Honda dealer at Jaipur, tonk road by claiming an Insurance amount. The bill which was provided to us clearly stated that the radiator of the car was replaced for which even the insurance amount was received by the dealer.

    After about 20 days of receiving the car, while we were driving about 200 km away from Jaipur, the car stopped working. When we showed it to a local mechanic there, we were told that the radiator was not a new one and the car engine could have suffered severe damage which could even lead to blast in the engine.

    I see this as a clear case of cheat and fraud. The Pink city Honda dealer claimed the insurance amount without replacing the radiator. This act could have led to a complete broke down of my car. I had to face inconvenience when my car was broken down, I had to push my car, look for local mechanic, take alternate means of transport, and above all I had to get it again sent to another authorised dealer at Ajmer for further repair by taking your roadside assistance.

    Honda is a brand trusted by masses in India. Dealers making money out of common man’s problem is something which should not be tolerated. I would request you to please take strict action against them, so that such act is never repeated by them or other authorised dealers as well. I am not asking from any compensation, but I request you to please repair my car free of cost now, since I have faced a lot due to act of the authorised dealer.

    I have already complaint on phone via complaint number 1-[protected]. Please look into the matter urgently. Let me know if I am required to make any legal proceedings against the dealer. I am sure you would understand that a car is near to necessity for a city as hot as Jaipur.

    I am hoping for a positive response.

      Mr vinod, technical-in-charge, mr. Pramod, sales executive, and miss gajalakshmi, who is sitting in administration branch with your security in charge (I don't know his name) are the gift to manasarovar honda at st thomas mount. I have left my two wheeler pb-05u-8049 at your service station on 26 december 2016. Wonderful dealing with ur administration staff and excellent performance from ur technical staff. Everything has been briefed me before payment. Being a military personnel i am really saluting to ur staff.. Other than this on 03 may 2017 i felt a notice from the hand bar. I have informed to miss gajalakshmi at 0330pm today. Also i have requested to rectify within half an hour or mostly one hour. She gave importance to the customer and the technical staff mr. Vinod also helped me and finished their rectification wiiithin 5 minutes. Nothing has been charged me.in view of the above-mentioned factors really the job done by the each of them from manasarovar are the gift to them. Excellent keep it up thank u

        Worst service...

        I have activa i vehicle which is always serviced at this showroom (Maansarovar honda velachery) and not satisfied once as well.. Every time after service, got problems like indicator not working, starting problem, speedometer doesnt work.

        They are just replacing the spare parts without knowing the exact problem. Not sure whether they do have enough technicians.

        Have given the feedback many times but of no use. Very disappointed

          I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience I had with Maanasarovar. Placed an order for Activa 4G, the sales representative called and asked us to make the full payment to take the delivery of the vehicle on the same day(27.03.2017) and registration in the same week(last week of March 2017). We also made payment and took the delivery of the vehicle with full excitement. The vehicle stopped in between, when checked the petrol was empty and had to push the vehicle to the nearest petrol bunk(they didn’t even inform that the petrol tank is empty). The Vehicle didn’t start even after having sufficient petrol in the tank.
          So called authorized dealer by its name was located near to the petrol bunk, again pushed the vehicle the showroom. The Sales manager gave silly excuses stating that there may be block in carburetor (how a new vehicle will have such a block) and very much irresponsible towards customer problems. Asked me to take the vehicle next day. Based on my demand, the mechanic guy addressed the issue and found out that hose pipe was unplugged (new vehicle with lose hose pipe…strange!). Then took the delivery around 8.30 due to this issue.
          Next day, I tried to start the vehicle but I couldn’t as the self-start was not working. We went to showroom to highlight this issue, the show room area manager told us that he will analyse the exact problem and come back to us. WE checked with him on the Registration status as it crossed a week’s time. He told us that it will be done by this week(1st week of April 2017). We asked him to replace with a good vehicle, then the mechanic came and took the vehicle back(April 3, 2017). Later in the evening, the manager called and asked us to take the vehicle back. We told him that we asked for the replacement and not the repaired new vehicle. He told us that the documents was sent for registration with all details of the vehicle(engine no., chassis no, etc). The same person who told us in the morning that registration will be done by this week. Shame on Maanasarovar Automobiles.
          1) No Quality in product
          2) No Business Ethic
          3) No Customer satisfaction.
          4) No Commitment
          5) No Reliability

          Finally its a big No to Maanasarovar Automobiles- Ullagaram Medavakkam Main Road.
          My requirement is to get a replacement of the vehicle, No use in making a customer go crazy and disappointed

            Hello,
            I have serviced in my new honda unicorn 160 2nd service on 29th august. i told the oil change in that service. and i get my vechile after service on that evening. on that day my vechile is get in engine sound heavily. today i went to chengalpet from selaiyur. my vechile engine is cheasing and i will check my oil tank they couldnt change oil. the oil tank also empty. and i have toap it to my vechile from chengalpet. can you please take my complaiant and give me solution.

              The entire team and the Manager Mr. Arun is quite probably the worst sales people I have ever met, such an irresponsible team @ Maansarovar Honda, Velachery. I have booked for Honda CB Unicorn 160 red colour on 1st of January 2016, while booking I have requested them to deliver the bike on 15th January 2016 and the sale person Kavitha agreed to deliver on the same date. I am sure she got a conformation with Mr. Arun to deliver on 15th January 2016. It was an exchange booking I have surrendered my bike, I had my pre auto loan approved based on this I have given my document to bank and paid the advance amount as well. Post that nothing was happened I called the showroom around 13th January 2016 and enquired about the delivery from there they started to play around with many things, they said they committed to deliver the bike in 10 to 15 days only and it is not possible to now. Finally I asked them when they can deliver the bike, Mr. Arun said they can think about the deliver only if they get amount from the bank. So again I waited for a week, even after that nothing was happened. I have just Googled the procedure of Auto loan, then only I came to know that bank will dispatch the amount only after getting the engine and chase number along with the document. In this case I don’t have know why Mr. Arun said like that, he actually deceived me, I really felt shame for that. Till now I didn’t get any information from the showroom, It is horrible to commute to office without bike. In this past one month I have wasted many things, my valuable time in calling sales people over there no will answered to my phone calls. They gave three contacts Kavitha, Prem and Bhavani, I have tried to reach them many times but now use. Finally my loan got dispatched on 27th January 2016, even after this I didn’t get any call from the showroom. In fact I sent mail to this id maansarovar.[protected]@gmail.com but no response for that also.

              I am frustrated with this people and their service. I am tried of calls, I was very happy with my old bike. Please return my bike and my money.

                Hi,
                i gave my bike for service after an accident, They asked me the accident details and i gave all the details and submitted the requested proofs to them, From that day i never got a call from them, i called by myselfmorethan 5 times in two weeks, there was no proper information provided to me and atlast after two weeks of time, they are saying my bike is ready.they charged me around 27k, i have asked them to consult with me before changing any parts.but they never cameback to me.

                atlast my front part whole they changed to new and still i face so many problems while driving. i revisited them thrice and there was no proper response from the consult person.


                and even after 2 months of time. i dint get my claim amount and i dont have any idea what is the amount that will be claimed by insurance( some say 50% or 80%) ..

                even after such a huge amount i spent. my bike is not serviced properly.


                Never ever go that service centers.


                they charge you more for improper service!!! the persons who are working inside doesnot know english, but the service advisor will write all our concerns in english, imagine how the service will be...


                be aware dont spoil your bike!!!

                  i gave my bike for service on 4th April 2014.. While i am getting my bile from service they have damaged my pillion holder and my tail right shield.. They gave assurance that they will replace new one for both in one week but now they are saying out of stock.. If am asking they are saying one day or two days i will replace...

                  I am have been purchased Honda Activa 125 before one month. In my scooter frequently vibration is coming while accelerating. This regarding I have been complained about this in showroom but still the vibration problem is not been sliced.

                    I bought Honda unicorn Black in Maansarovar Automobile ,Velachery on 4th July 2012 and Invoice# 4692
                    and they given bike registration number. When I took the delivery they promised that I will get the
                    Registration certificate within 2 months of time and they will intimate the same through mobile for
                    collecting RC in person.

                    I followed up with the responsible person in that showroom regularly from the month October
                    2012(after 3 months) to get the RC book but there is no response and I have started spoke to Customer
                    relation Manager(Uma) for past 4 weeks and he gave the response saying that my RC book got returned
                    to Poonamallee RTO and asked me to collect the same from there.

                    When all customer from Maansarovar Automobile getting RC from the showroom then Why myself(Muthukumar)
                    has to get the it from RTO office because I have waited for so long to get it. Moreover I got this response
                    after 8 months and I’m not satisfied with the customer service.

                    I need RC immediately, since I working in night shift & the Police cops regularly checking at the check post and
                    I’m asking excuse every time when they check.
                    Whether this is only solution to get the RC book directly from the RTO office?

                    HONDA MOTORCYCLE — Not received registration no & owner book

                    I purchased a Honda Motorcycle from Ms Pahadiya Commercial Ltd on 3.3.2009 but the Dealer has not given me the registration no & owner book. In the absence of these papers I could not run my motorcycle since I purchased & it is stranded at my house. I continuously asked the dealer for the papers but he refused on some pretext or other. The details of the motorcycle as follows :-

                      Hi,
                      I have got a new bike Honda stunner bike on[protected].

                      Complain:
                      Service is very bad....they are not hearing what we are saying....
                      For the past two services I have told that my bike side parts are not fit to bike...and they came out of my bike
                      Issue is not resolves for two services....
                      When I left the bike for second services they broken the glass and saying that parts are not available and come after two days...
                      For the 50rs glass I have to travel and spend more that 50 rs.
                      On first services they not even removed the plastic cover and done the service...
                      When I left the second service I know the condition of the my bike...
                      After the service only 2 days I felt some new condition after that changed to old condition..
                      I[censored] take a customer survey I will give 0 to this dealer...

                        I booked a Honda Unicorn on 26th of September @ Maansarovar Honda - Velacherry - Chennai. When asked for an evaluation of my old bike (2003 model Pulsar) the engineer said a exchange value of Rs.12,000/- can be considered and did not mention any disclaimer for the quotation provided

                        Today when we went to pay the full sum of Rs.61,055 (excluding the Rs.12,000 exchange sum and Rs.1000 advance), they changed their words and said the exchange amount for old bike can only be Rs.9000/- and not 12,000/- as assured. The reason they cited was that its been 3 months since the bike was last evaluated and this is the current price

                        Either they should have said no evaluation during booking / before the vehicle is delivered and gone ahead with Rs.9000/- for evaluation else they should have kept their words of Rs.12,000/- for the old bike. Saying something initially & changing words after sometime. Never did I expect this kind of a customer relation from a reputed firm like Honda.

                        Even when we raised an issue on this, no genuine answer was given why Rs.3000/- was discounted from the initial evaluation. No manager or supervisor attended to our issue and everyone were just attending to new customers. This experience from their sales dept made me feel to rethink my whole nice perspective on Honda. The customer's concern was never empathized by the sales department

                        With no other option I had to cancel my booking and get back all the sum I paid back from them for which they happily nodded. Wish Honda improves their customer relation going forward and someone from their sales department lends their ear to this issue
