I ordered lehnga of worth 960 from mack2cart.com on 24th march, 2018. Initially, it did not ask me for any emailid while ordering. Just my phone no.[protected] was entered & my order was placed but i didnot receive any confirmation msg or mail. I received the product on 31st march, 2018. When i opened the delivery there were cheap & worst quality saree each costing 150 rs
I tried calling the customer care no. & also the dealer (Kemioon), but both the numbers are temporarily not in service.
I request you to kindly take back the order & refund my money as soon as possible.
Or please suggest me what to do or how to use that saree

I ordered one lehanga from mack2cart online shop. But got parcel from another online shop called kites, and i thought that the parcel would be my ordered product. But i got two saree of bad bad quality and try to return that product. Over that product there is no return address. It delivered via delivery. Sir, my order no is 16645.
I want to return this product. Please help me to get back my money.

I had ordered for two sarees amounted to 1400rs round figure... And i have been delivered a wrong product... I want to return the product.. And ther is no way to contact any customer care too.. The number mentioned in the website says no incoming calls allowed... And the product sent is of such a cheap quality.. How do i return it??? And hw do i contact the website people???

I ordered other dress and i got two sarees which i didn't order also i want my order which i asked for i m not able to contact the website they provided please see into that and don't let costumer make angry on wrong delevry my order number: 15679

I ordered a lehenga on marck2cart website but i got two sarees instead. I have already paid for it. Either give me the lehenga i ordered for or give me my money back. I didn't expect it be such a scam. I hope you guys look into the matter as soon as possible and help me get back my money. Even the return policy is not available on the website. Please look into that too.

I have received wrong product of bad quality cheapest quality. I want my money back. Its disgusting to see the bad services ever i found.
The product name written over the packet was actual product's name which i have ordered but when i opened that packet i was shocked because there was two fabric of different colours. When i tried to call, the contact no. They have provided is switched off some times it is not reachable.. I am unable to contact with this company.. I want my money back... My order no. Is 16145. Colour and pattern totally different.

They have sent me a fabric or two different colours which is of very bad quality too... The product name written over the packet was actual product's name which i have ordered but when i opened that packet i was shocked because there was two fabric of different colours. When i tried to call, the contact no. They have provided is switched off some times it is not reachable.. I am unable to contact with this company.. The address written over this packet the email id is also fake... It my humble request to you kindly take strict action against this.. As they are making fool to the person by showing beautiful n attractive items n. Which is no true.

The product i booked was thaead fancy work banglori silk naylon mono net long gown which is ₹960 worth but the thing i delivered was a picece of cloth which worth less than 100. I want my money back as it is a great loss for me. Even the number provided for return is not existing and this site made me fool. I am going to proceed it legally and i want my money back.

I ordered 2 sarees which are grey and yellow combination and black and yellow. But we received very bad and cheap quality product. We want our money get back rs 1385/-. We really felt bad to choose this dirty product. We watch this on facebook. They showed quality product but they sent this nasty products. Please take immediate action on this online website. I tried to sent mail but i found that it is fake.

Kts online shopping, mack2cart and delhivery are linked together to do fraud and cheating ppl. Sending parcel which I haven't ordered and getting money. Police department have to take severe action. Need to investigate delhivery company, such a fraud, they will not have good life, on cheating us, my hard earned money of 1600 I lost, first time I seeing this kind of fraud. Ppl have to be most careful

I ordrerd two saree worth rs 1500. But when i got i am so shocked. Because it was two churidar and one saree with bad bad quality.
