In the early morning hours of 3.2.2023 there was electricity fluctuations and due to winters the fans were off. But in the morning when we woke up came to know that lift circuit had burnt off and house wifi system got damaged.
Similar complaint was reported on 9th December 2020 and damages occurred by us. During the last complaint the authorities have said that the fault was in transformer where the squirell were made their nest and such issues will not occur. But the same things has reoccured and we would like to recover the cost of the charges from MGCVL. Th

the bill for december was 29628
the bill for january is 119741
The problem is in the reading of the meter.

But no action taken from Mgvcl after 10 days.
I also called to sub-division Vidhyanagar fault center for two times but they are not given me satisfied answer.

Sir,
My bill amount for the month June July was Rs. 3702/-,
bill amount for the month Aug-Sep was Rs. 8315/-, &
bill amount for the month Oct-Nov was Rs. 2365/-.

as you can see there is a almost three time amount showed in our bill month of Aug-sep (i.e. Rs. 8315/-) but as we dont want to go with any penaltiy and other consequencies i paid my bill amount.
now i want to settle my overpaid bill amount in my next bill which will be comming for the month of Dec-Jan.

please do the needful and let me know if you need any documents related to these.

paid 2500 rs for my electric city bill today and was deducted from my bank account ( axis bank) successfully after that i didnt recive andy confirmation and it says page loading error
payment is not posted to my MGVCL account mentioned aboe

I request to solve our problem regarding this electricity issue. There is no electricity from 2:00PM. When we call at MGVCL office to register a complain they are not responding at all. When we are calling to office if incase they are accepting the call they are saying us to wait. When we come to pay you are not giving us time to pay. This from Lalpura, Ta:Anklav, kothiyakhad(AG) fider, single phage. I request to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Inspite of the main switch is off the meter pulse is continued and it shows consumption o[censored]nits very fast.
Overnight when our diagnostic centre remains completely closed it shows consumption of about 200 units

MGVCL Borsad ki tarafse Hamare Ariya Me Electricity Cut Bahut Hi Jyada Hota hai Hum Complaint Karte Hai Tab bhi kuch nahi hota.
Kabhi kabhi to 5-6 Ghantte Light Nahi Aati
Or ye Aek din ki bat nahi hai ye to Hapte me 3-4 Din Aesa hi Hota hai.

I am a resident of Virpur District Mahisagar. We had a complaint about this at MGVCL Virpur Sub Station and Customer Service Center on 13/10/2022, when there was a power outage at our house on 13/10/2022, then those locos called at 12 in the night. So told that the power cord has been cut, it will not happen in the night. Electricity comes in the service of 24*7, its work can be done even at night, so why our electricity was not turned on completely and if there is any such rule or circulation that it cannot be done in the night, then we should be told. And after disconnecting the wire, after turning on half the line, then it should be told that there is a rule that how many people should be left without electricity by wire from anywhere. Give us complete information about this
