supply not started after 10 days of meter installation

Dear sir/madam,

I am a resident of newly constructed building "B-301, Solaris-2", in bhayli area. My new meter has been installed before 10 days but still supply is not started. Meter also installed after so many reminders and now when meter is installed, supply has not started.

Kindly do the needful and get the supply by as soon as possible.

Mgvl, we do not expect such type of very poor service...

regarding payment issue

I had already paid my light bill through online transaction i had not got payment receipt. They only show payment status success not mentioned my payment reference number. And my money already cut on that day then how i know that my payment done? But my money was cut
For that i also called using helpline number but they not give any solution even they didn't talk with me. I had also sent mail about this but still not reply from them...

light bill

Dear sir, why you are giving 2 months combines bill? We are residents people and basically our unit charge are 200-400, so i paid only per unit amount charge 4.15, now you are counting only one month 250 unit and charge apply per unit 4.15 so i payable amount is 1037, now combines two months, payable amount is 2125. The different between two amounts are 51. Why we are giving extra money?...

    Electricity not working. Power flutuation happening very often due to which short circuit & sparks are happening. Electrician asking for money desipte issue from mgvcl line. 2 times meter netural got burnt & paid money for which no receipt is provided to me. Very poor & non professional approach shown by your line man.

    My work is getting affected because of power flutuation & no avaiblity of power. Facing issues since last 3 months now need permanent solution. I need receipts for the payment given to line man for the repair done for last 3 times. Light pole is not properly eracted.

          I am jaimin chavda. I purchased new plot in Ishawar darshan-2, Bill vadodara. My plot besides to arrangements of transformer and live current pole. So I gave application in mgvcl on[protected]. But I can't get any answers and mgvcl's persons can't stop work. Transformer and live current pole is not safe our family. And also I wored to build up new hose by contractors. But contractors cannot work in my plot for safety point of you. Contractors told me that this place is not safe for to arrangements of transformer and live current pole. So my house 's work is stop. So I hope you should give me positive reasons.

              I am resident of Dutta Krupa Gujarat Housing board, near Mali maholla, Gorwa, Vadodara.. Here is a person named Dharmendra dhobi is living on second floor, who is running Laundry shop beside our flat on municipal corporation land. He is supplying His Shop's electricity connection from his home in illegal and risky way.. please kindly remove his illegal connection.. He is putting residents life in danger..

                              In the early morning hours of 3.2.2023 there was electricity fluctuations and due to winters the fans were off. But in the morning when we woke up came to know that lift circuit had burnt off and house wifi system got damaged.
                              Similar complaint was reported on 9th December 2020 and damages occurred by us. During the last complaint the authorities have said that the fault was in transformer where the squirell were made their nest and such issues will not occur. But the same things has reoccured and we would like to recover the cost of the charges from MGCVL. Th
