My order no NR-093627 was placed on 28th August 2023 and the order is still showing processing. I did contact the helpline no but they aren't responding to any of my messages. Also there is no option for cancellation.

Did you get a refund? I placed two orders a week ago and still no updates. Just stuck at processing.
