I ordered a book but I have not received any tracking ID not I have received delivery date or any other information regarding my order.

Got payment confirmation and order confirmation email but no information about the tracking ID of the product, I’ve sent a concerned mail to the customers care email ID no response at all from the customer care. I’d like to cancel the product and get my refund.I’ve very worried now as I can see so many complaints about this page being fraud, I’m really worried. So cancel my order and refund the amount I paid.

I have ordered a book in the Madrasshoppe website on 23rd April 2021. I paid rupees 499 via paytm app, i have the transaction detail too!

But the account in this website said I don't have any order. And there is no update till now. I have E-mailed and even contacted the remote number i got, but there is no response whatsoever.

I have no clue how to get them back, please look into this! Many people are suffering due to this website.

I have ordered a book "The Road" by Cormac Mccarthy on March 13th . I have not received any confirmation regarding the order and the customer service is not responding.

I had ordered a book the man who knew infinity: genius ramanujan on 9.13.2020. I paid 469 rupees for it. I am unable to track the order. It is always showing in transit. I haven't received the book yet. Please help me cancel the order and refund my money. It's almost the end if the month since l placed the order.

I ordered "The Book of Imaginary Beings" by Jorge Luis Borges on the 30th of August, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered by the 7th of September in the following month, but apart from the confirmation from the payment portal (PayU Money), I haven't received any confirmation from Madrasshoppe about my order.

I ordered two books on 22 July 2020, which I haven’t received . They don’t respond to email, the only way to contact them . I need my refund or order

I ordered a book Order Reference NR-034421 - placed on 08/18/2020 at https://www.madrasshoppe.com/. I received only one mail regarding the confirmation but there was no track id or track link or tentative date for order delivery . I contacted through call, email and customer support but there is no response from their team. At 23/08/2020 i received a mail stating that the book is out of stock but while ordering there was no such thing mentioned. Now i wanted to cancel the order but there is no link for the same and the given link is also not working. I paid 498 rupee Reference: BKDPSBU_[protected] through paytm. I contacted again for the same but the responsible person is cutting my call. Kindly help me to cancel the order and get my money back.

I have ordered a book through online on 11.07.2020 and made payment through IMPS. Immediately I received a mail mentioning the order no.NR-031551 and informed therein that the book will be delivered within a week. Since not received after one week, I gave a mail. Replying to the mail. I have received a mail stating that the book is out of stock and they are trying elsewhere. After a week I received a mail stating that the book is not available in any place and the amount remitted by me was auto refunded. But till date I have not received any amount. Now, I understand that the company is not existing.

On 14 march 2020 i had placed an order of the book whose details are as follows. I have not received my order and there is no response from customer care email i'd also. Pls refund my money..

Refund my money asap

Last week i ordered a hindi grammar text for my daughter staying in a hostel in kerala on cod. I have ordered for single text, but the person who delivered the book gave her two, unknowingly she collected both and it cost her double, i am attaching the order confirmation along this complaint.. It's clearly indicating i have ordered for a single book. Pls arrange to take the unwanted book back and return the money at the earliest.

I ordered a book two weeks ago from madrassshoppe.com and paid in advance through paytm. I recieved one confirmation email that the book will be delivered within 5-7 business days but still i have no update on status where is the book, even there is no tracking details. Definitely madrassshoppe is a fraud company. I want my money back for the book i ordered.

I ordered a book from madrasshoppe on 7th of january, 2020 and today is 13th of january but the vendor has failed to ship the book, even though when i opted for express delivery and paid extra for it.

When asked about the status the customer care responded we'll let you know when we ship the book.

This is highly unprofessional, they don't even have a customer support phone number on their website, which i realized only after getting into this issue.

I ordered book worth rs 500 order reference nr-019426 - from madrasshoppe.com online on 09/09/2019 but after reading the negative reviews of madrasshoppe i made a cancellation on the website itself for which till date i have not received a refund. I dropped an email asking about my refund but no reply.

The payment mode was paytm. There is no contact info apart from email id for madrasshoppe on the web.
Please help me in recovering my money.

I have placed an order for a booking 'me and earl and the dying girl' (Reference : bkdbi_[protected] in stock on 21st september, 2019, order # nr-020208 & made a payment of rs 438 through paytm. I received an order confirmation mail but havenot received the book yet. Its been 20 days now & no reply to mails sent regarding the status of the book. There are no phone numbers associated with this online website, too.

Today 25th september 2019 till now i didn't got any update from them and still not showing anything regarding my order.. I mailed to their customer care there s no reply.. What i should do.

I have ordered a book from madrasshoppe on 15.9.19. It said that book will be delivered on 21.9.19. But the product has not shipped yet. They also did not give me any tracking number. I had placed the order for a book "our moon has blood clots " by Rahul Pandita on 15/08/2019 through the online shopping site - www.madrasshoppe.com. Order number being NR-017797. Its been 15 days and no updates on it. Customer care not working. It was a prepaid order. I had paid the money through Paytm and I have attached the email confirmation of my order.

I ordered on 26-7-19. Order number NR-016920. I ordered a book. Intially I emailed for that there was a response we'll get back to you soon. Then also no response. I tried calling their customer service, and again emailing them, no reply.
For 4 days delivery, it's almost 25-26 days, and there is no reply or refund or despatch of order. I ordered a book which I wanted to study and make presentation on, without which I am in a trouble and hardship

I had placed an order for purchasing book from www.madrasshoppe.com on[protected] order number: nr-017095. I have not received any tracking or dispatch details from the company. On trying to contact the helpline number is not provided by the company just an email address is there. I had made the payment online for my order & the thing is the company is not responding on the email address as well. Even not replying to email also

Ordered a book through madrasshoppe. There was no updates from their end. After 10 days mailed them regarding my shipment.in a day they replied back saying the book i ordered is currently unavailable in the market and they will refund the money in 5-7 business days. When i didn't get the money even in 10 business days, mailed them again enquiring about the same.in a day they responded and it's mentioned, the money is refunded. I didn't get the money, checked with my bank too. I mailed them back asking to send me the details of the transaction but since then no reply came from them.
Madras shoppe is a big scam but i must say they had a peanut size brain. I can gurantee, they won't survive long. I request everyone don't order books from them.

I placed my order for nr-013626 on 5th may 2019, and made an online payment for the same. The order confirmation is given but no updates about the delivery status are being given by the company. Also, the company is not replying for the mails. I am afraid of whether my money is wasted over this site, as many people are complaining about the same thing over this site. The company should try to improve this if they don't want to lose customers. I just want to know when my product will be delivered, and if not available, please refund my money so that i can order it from somewhere else, as i am lacking time for studies.

I purchased a c# book order id (Nr-010503) december 2018 from madrasshoppe.com website. He confirmed my order and mail me due to our festival we are delay to send book in the appropriate time period please wait more days to send. I accepted their rule and festival so i was waiting for response and chat their customer support executive. He said our product is finished of stock. So we transfer amount against book.
I accepted no problem transfer my amount in my account. But today is 19 march 2019, in my order history details shows amount refunded and customer executive is not respond any mail and www.madrasshoppe.com is not having contact number. How can i contact directly to solve my problem. Guys, www.madrasshoppe.com is a fake website, which give you instant mail against you have order a book but not sending book and money.
