I ordered a book 'Comparative Human Rights Law' from madrashoppe (Order Reference NR-053735) on 25th of August. It was a prepaid order and i paid ₹ 1397 via paytm payment gateway. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days, but it's been 10 days now, I still haven't received any communication regarding the order status. I sent several queries on their web portal but never heard back. There is no helpline number or proper address in the web portal. It is designed to dupe the susceptible. I will wait for sometime then will have recourse to the consumer authorities and take other legal action as warranted by law.

I actually bought 2booksone dragon of fortune and harrypotter set of 3 books and the price of both the book was 887 but I have recieved onlyone book but the price of both has been detucted I request you to refund the money back or send the book

I bought a book from Madrashoppe on 16th Aug with Order# NR-052909. It's been 2 weeks but there is no update on the status. I tried reaching them on email. No one is responding there.

I ordered a book worth 375 on August 16th. After a week of waiting, the order was cancelled ny madarashoppe and I was told i will receive a refund to my original payment method. It's 29th August and I'm yet to receive a refund. I have emailed the seller through the email given on the website several times and all my emails have been ignored. After reading all the negative reviews, I'm sure this website is a scam and the government should shut it down.

I ordered a book on 11 August 2021 and not received yet, There is no contact number or proper address in the website to contact.

I ordered 4 books for my children on July 27th under the order ID NR-051763 and there was an email saying 2 of them were shipped on 30th. Since then, there is no response from MadrasShoppee and today is 18th August. I contacted them thrice, trying to explain that I received none of the ordered books. It's been 3 weeks since the order and in this time & age, online ordered items are delivered within the same week unless unavoidable critical situations rises. Regardless, not even responding to the concern of the customer is not acceptable. Not to mention the anxiety of my children over their favorite books to read during this pandemic time, when not much healthy distraction is available for them. I kindly request a sensitive action from MadrasShoppe through Consumer Complaints forum.

I have ordered Percy Jackson Books Series (all the 5 books) in Madrasshoppe. I have ordered on 1st July and I haven't received the books or money back.
I have raised the concern with them multiple times and I'm not getting proper response. They are asking for additional time everytime and haven't got the books so far.

I ordered a book from madrasshoppe about a week ago. The amount was deducted from my account but no response has been shown from their end since then . It just shows order placed and nothing else .

I have purchased a book since 8 days now ... I haven't received any delivery there's no customer service available

I had purchased a book in this website but got cheated. It's been more than 2 weeks about my order NR-051375, and have sent multiple emails which they are not responding.

I have made the payment for a book the palace of illusions on 27th July but the order is not get placed but the amount is debited and the payment transaction is successful kindly refund the amount or else place the order as soon as possible its urgent

I placed my order on 19/07/2021 and it's been more than a week that my product is not even been in transit. I tried contacting them through the available options on their website but no one is responding.

After a wait of nearly 4 weeks it was cancelled by the Madrasshoppe reason being stock not available.
But the refund is further delayed and no response from them on the status of refund been 3 weeks since the cancellation.

While purchasing book first 90 days from madrasshoppe website, the delivery date mentioned was 17th July, till date there is no tracking number provided and I have not received the order too.

There is no any day to day schedule of our product from where it is being dispatched.it's three day since I made an order but no notification from the madarash shopp. Let's see when will the product be dispatched. I have made the payment of 329/- ..

I ordered a book of Rs 539 from Madrasshoppe on 15/09/2019. My book is showing shipped. But I have neither got the tracking id of courier nor the book delivered. My order id was NR-019806. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
