Hi, I purchased a book on Feb 22 of 2022, Good night stories for rebel girls.. Order number NR-064352.The order is still not delivered on 16 April 2022. They say it's out of stock but was never mentioned when the purchase of made. The book is out of stock since 2 months.The purchase was for 829 RS.. Did not get any refund too inspite of multiple mails done to the shop

Plz cancelled my order and give me my refund .

I ordered a book Order Reference NR-065033 - placed on 05/03/2022 at https://www.madrasshoppe.com/. I received only one mail regarding the confirmation but there was no track id or track link or tentative date for order delivery . I contacted through call, email and customer support but there is no response from their team. At 11/03/2022 i received a mail stating that the book is out of stock but while ordering there was no such thing mentioned. Now i wanted to cancel the order but there is no link for the same and the given link is also not working. I paid 149 rupee through paytm. I contacted again for the same but the responsible person is cutting my call. Kindly help me to cancel the order and get my money back.

This company is not delivering my book or refunding my money. Its more than two weeks. They don't answer calls or reply to WhatsApp also. They're cheating group. I lost 1116 rupess for my medical book.

The quality of the product is very nice with a reasonable price.

I have placed an oder NR- 064316 on 21 feb 2022.I have received a confirmation regarding the order but there was no further updated provided. I tried contacting seller through email and whatsApp and finally cancelled the product and initiated a refund. It was supposed to take 2-3 working days but i haven't received any updates. The seller don't respond to mails, messages or any means of communication. This is a website for selling books and people cheated here are students. Please do take initiatives to resolve my concern.

I placed the order(NR-065016) on 5th of March 2022 to purchase Secret Seven Complete Boxset of 17 Titles Reference: BKDBI_[protected] but till now there is no trackingId generated and I tried reaching them over the phone and whats up no response, it's a big fake and I request don't get fooled like me by seeing less price.

Why Paytm is not banned their account and google not removed their website

Ordered a book worth 200 and paid the amount through paytm. but not received the book yet. and their customer support is not responding.

I have written emails and also submitted query on their website . One month has passed. No response.

Seems MadrasShoppe is a fradulent company. Taking full payment and delivering incomplete orders and also not responding to website queries...

I had placed an order Order Reference NR-063041 - placed on 30/01/2022 for two books but I received only one book on 05 Feb 22.
Since then I've raised several complaints on their website and sent emails on their support mail ID but there has been no response. There is no contact number published for customer complaints.
This company appears to be a dubious one and needs to be barred from operating....

I placed an order on 06/02/2022 and up till now have not received any delivery of my books, and after waiting for almost a month I finally cancelled the order and yet waiting for the refund.
Also after continually mailing regarding the above issue to the company's help desk email, there is no response.
In fact now that i read so many SCAM reviews on various sites about this company MADRASSHOPPE I believe it's truly an online scam site for lurring book lovers and students.
The action must be taken against this website because as i read more n more people have fallen prey in hands of this online scam company.

I had placed an order for ACS (I) textbook of cutaneous and aesthetic surgery on www.madrasshoppe.com on 14/02/2022 at 5:35 pm costing 7495/-. After making the payment, i got a confirmation email, but since then there is no further update about the order. They do not reply to email or messages sent on website and never pick up the phone ([protected]/[protected]). There is no option to cancel the order on their website....

I ppaced my order on November 16 2021, and I got a sms confirmation. But when i contacted through the whatsapp number provided, they replied its out of stock..
And still no update..

I placed my order on 4th of January. I've ordered twice from this site and have received my order(even though they were way ahead of the due date, but okay) it's almost one month, neither have I received a tracking process nor any mails. The amount I paid was Rs. 199.

I had made an order of around 1850 of a book set of 6 NR-062441 reference BKHBP_[protected]. I got no response about tracking details or when will order be delivered. I tried to contact them through whatsapp and they said the book is out of stock and they will get back to me in 2 days. I tried calling them also and contacting through whatsapp again but recieving no response. Terrible service.

Its been 1 week i ordered two books. And made payment. No tracking order or any response from the company. I either need the books i ordered or the refund

Prepaid for Elizabeth Hurlock's Developmental Psychology book but did not receive the order nor get any status on it after requesting for it. No idea what happened to the Rs.825 that I paid, which is the only thing shown in my order status

Prepaid the order under the false promise of free dispatch. The book was never dispatched and there is no update from the vendor. Now the contact support email address of the vendor also doesn't exist. They won't even refund the money paid nor will they dispatch the book.
