Madrasshoppe — product not shipped

I have ordered a book from madrasshoppe on 15.9.19. It said that book will be delivered on 21.9.19. But the product has not shipped yet. They also did not give me any tracking number. I paid via paytm in advance. Now, when i try to contact them in their website they are not replying me. Please refund my money as i have been cheated by them. My order id was nr-019806. Refund my money or i will take action against you as i know my consumer rights as a law student.
