Magicpin — about voucher refund

I purchased a voucher around 14 days back but due to some technical glitch money was deducted from my account but was unable to purchased the voucher and i received a msg claiming that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Now, even after so many mails no action is been taken. My i'd on magic pin is [protected]@rediffmail.com this i request you to look after my issue asap.
