Magicpin — fraud during voucher purchase

I tried to purchase amazon coupons from magic pin, as they offered 100 rupees discount on purchase of 1000 rupees coupon after 10% discount on my existing wallet balance.

But while tried to purchase, my money deducted from my account and i didn't receive any coupon. I wrote many mails to them but no reply, there is no customer care number or any other way to contact them.

Simply they are cheating. As per rbi rules they need to refund in my original resources of payment.
