My name is k. Murali krishna, i am from chennai, tamilnadu. I had registered for partime jobs in quikr, com and i recently got a call for the part time job, the person called said he is calling from magnum tech and tell me about the form filling job and that i have to fill 700captcha in 7 days in which 90% should be correct. They told me there is a registration fee and the same will be taken from my salary and they asked me to send my photo and and picture of my signature along with it they asked me to send my driving license photo in email id and i sent them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission and there it was written that if i didn't complete it in time or if 90% will not correct then i have to pay the penalty of rs. 9508 and i was unaware about the agreement. My son who is 11 months old fell sick i could not concentrate on the job. But i completed the project and submitted the project in time. After 2 days they gave a report that all forms are incorrect and they blocked my account. After that the same person called me and asked me to pay 7999/- to re-activate. But i didn’t pay. After a few days i got a message that they had filed a case against me i rajkot district court, but they haven’t sent me the copy of the petition. I keep regularly getting sms message. One day i get a call from from a person and said he is calling from rajkot district court and forced me to pay 7999/- and i paid the same and the person took the money in the name of excel network, the very next day i get an sms the case number and say the case is approved in rojkot district court. After that i get a call from the same person who took the payment of 7999/- in the name of excel network that i have to pay a sum of 37000/- plus as penalty. I haven’t received any petition copy from the court nor had the concern party sent me a copy of the petiton which was issued by the court. But i get a sms saying the petition copy was posted to me and a copy was sent to my e-mail id. Sir to this date i have not received the copy of the petition but i get a sms from one vk-icourt and bt-hccrtt that case will come to hearing and i should be presented for the hearing in court. I tried searching for the said court in all rajkot courts complex online and i cannot find the case which was registered on me and now i get a a message that if i don’t attend the court hearing a arrest warrant will be issued. I am giving below the details of the case which they said they have registered on me. I am a person who is searching for a job and these people voluntarily come and offered me this job and they asking me to pay the above said amount of money as penalty. I see many such complaints on this company here. Can a case be filed on n-number of persons? Because in this complaint forum the same case number and the same fir number is issued to another person for which i am giving the weblink sms received from said vi-court and bt-hccrtt below. This company is cheating poor innocent people who registered for want of jobs by giving such jobs and asking for such money. I want guidance in this in this matter someone please help me.
