Mahanagar Gas — Cheating customer

M/s .Mahanagar gas company Ltd collects a huge amount as deposit along with the application, even without firm commitment as to when would connection be given.One has to wait indefinitely.This deposit is interest free.Thus the company gets free money.There have been instances where the application and deposit were collected even though there is no scope of laying pipelines in that locality.
This is nothing short of taking people for a ride.Govt should control this racket.
