MGL is monopoly supplier for each locality like cable TV.You have to tolerate their bad srvice and exploitation. Govt does not control the monopoly suppliers.

They do not reply to complaints.Only the docket number will be given and thereafter they send SMS that complaint has been resolved. without giving answer This is the height of arrogance .
