Mahanagar Gas Limited — 4X increase in gas units and high bill amount

Hi,
I have not used gas frequently since 23rd December 2023 until 31st Dec 2023. Also, I have been out of Mumbai from 1st Jan 2024 to 12th Jan 2024.
Despite this infrequent use and absence, my bill for the period 8th Dec 2023 to 31st Jan 2024 shows 21 units. My earlier billing cycles normally is 4/5 units per two-month cycle for a family of 1-2 individuals. This is shocking.
We request your team to look into it promptly and resolve it and also, check if our meter is functioning properly or the meter malfunctioning is the reason for this spike (meter no: [protected]). We request your cooperation to address and resolve this concern immediately.
