I am raising this complaint on behalf of my mother against Mahanagar Gas because they send us a gas bill of double the amount every month, and since my parents are not very educated, they pay it every month. But this time, our bill for the month of March came to 8375 rupees directly, which is 4 times higher, and when I called them for information, they were not able to connect with us from anywhere.
