Mahanagar Gas — New meter bill amount

Inspire of opposing for new meter they installed new meter saying it will be changed for everyone due to safety concern which they didn't changed for other, s except few who, s bill.amount was less and now im getting bill of 1000rs for a.month when there is not much use . Where is the safety concern gone for others who's meters were installed at the same time and still.not changed? That does mean Mahanagar Gas people are lied and installed new meters only to those who s bill amount was less. There is still not any action taken on my complaint.

Does that mean Mahanagar Gas does not concern about other consu.ers safety who's. Meters haven't changed?

Why MGL imposed these meters to specific consumers only? Why we have to pay higher bill amount cause of this?
