[Resolved] Mahanagar Gas — non installation of gas connections etc

Sir we 09 resident of meryvilla nr Samarth school Badlapur east have filled the applications in the month of Dec 2017 alongwith the amount of rs 6635/-. The connections not installed so far. Number of emails were sent having docket no. 4136269 and reminder thereon besides talked with customer care executives but reason for not installing connections not reported till date. Kindly look into the matter and instructions if any may please be issued for early installation of connections. Tks t r Prajapati bp [protected]

Company has promised that gas connection will be provided within six months but after lapse of one year no action has been taken till date. If company not able to provide gas connections then the amount paid to be returned with interest without any further delay.
