Mahanagar Gas — Not transferring MGL in my name

Address: BKC, BANDRA EAST MUMBAI 400051, Mumbai City, Maharashtra

Vide application No. TF00740924 for name transfer BP [protected] C.A.[protected] to my name i.e. Mr. ASHOK KRISHNAN was submitted about 3 months back with all necessary documents including my PAN card, Aadhar Card and NOC from previous owner but till today the same is not transferred. On enquiry it is informed that security deposit of Rs.2500 is not given. The company is already having security deposit of Rs.5000 plus Gas consumption security deposit of Rs.950 is also lying with MGL. The total security deposit as demanded by the company's representative Mr. SHAD ANSARI is Rs.6000.00 and Rs.5950.00 is already lying with the company. So i need to deposit Rs.50.00 only as security deposit and i asked the MGL representative to add this Rs.50.00 in my next bill which he says cannot be done. Please register my complaint
