Mahanagar Gas — Poor customer service

The call centre people of M/s. MGL did not give me correct and complete details about various payment schemes at first instance .I therefore applied for full payment scheme on 1.4.2026 Ref no WG/O/ 529568/2026 BP No. [protected]

After a few days I came to know that there is an option called fixed daily charges .As I will be leaving Mumbai by next year, I preferred this scheme I sent e mail on 3 Apr 26 requesting switch over to FIXED DAILY scheme and return the deposit amount. More than 6 reminders have been sent to them.
No action is taken so far but for every reminder they give docket number and close the complaint without informing reasons.
