Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Ms. Sushma T. N. Dubey, residing at Flat No. 8, B36, Tiger Gate, Kendriya Vihar CHSL 3, Sector 11, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai – 410210, had applied for a gas pipeline connection in my flat. Subsequently, I made a payment of ₹6, 385 on 13.09.2025 to Mahanagar Gas Limited via UPI transaction ID[protected].
Despite repeated follow-ups over phone calls with your representatives regarding the payment and subsequent KYC verification, no action has been taken to provide the connection. It has been an unreasonably long delay, and the connection remains pending to date.
Additionally, during the KYC process, my suffix was incorrectly recorded as Mrs. instead of Ms.. I had informed the verification officer about this error, clarifying that I am unmarried and have never submitted any document mentioning Mrs.. However, instead of rectifying the mistake, I was asked to pursue corrections through other forms, which is both unnecessary and inconvenient.
Such lapses in service and inaccuracy in personal details are highly concerning and cause undue distress. I request you to kindly:
1. Expedite the installation of my gas pipeline connection without further delay.
2. Correct my suffix to Ms. in all records to reflect my accurate personal information.
I trust you will treat this matter with urgency and provide a prompt resolution.
