Mahanagar Gas — Twice generated wrong bill & no action

I am PNG customer of MGL with CA No[protected]. I have received wrong bill from last two months (Dec 24 & Feb 25). These bills are not as per meter reading. I had received SMS containing link to submit meter reading was not working. Also meter reading submitted through mobile app was not considered for billing. No proper support from customer service.
Kindly provide rectified bill & adjust earlier paid amount.
