Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — amount debited from bank but mtnl shows unpaid

On june 10th 2020 i paid rs.1781 for tel no. 27666317 in the name of aniruddha banerjee and rs.207 for tel no. 22723073 in the name of susmita das from my telephone number 22723938 via internet banking. The bank statement shows the amount is deducted but mtnl still shows these are unpaid.
Please resolve fast
