[Resolved] MTNL Mumbai — Landline and Broadband not working since 26th December 2020

Continuously following up via 1130 toll free no. almost 3-4 times a day, no lineman has come to visit till date.
Yesterday 2 Men have come and identified themselves as Ex Employees of MTNL and given us offer to rectify the Fault on Chargeable Basis. They also shared their Visiting Card for further assistance.
This visiting card mentions Contact details of Private Sub contractor.
Today when again tried to contact MTNL via 1130, in 4th call, Helpdesk told us clearly not to pay anybody and gave us 2 Nos. for further communication.
Till date got various reference Contacts via MTNL Helpdesk but Problem is not resolved. All the No. shared by MTNL till date are either not valid or not reachable.

All other reference contracts are Mobile Nos. related to Area In-charge, Lineman, Telephone Mechanic etc, whom contact was not established or they just passed on the call details to other reference contact.
Hope to get it resolved on priority and best services in future !!!

External Cable Fault has been Rectified by MTNL Team. I visited MTNL Prabhadevi Office for Router Replacement as suggested by MTNL Personnel, but they told me that its working fine and need to be reconfigured from MTNL end. Now, Both Landline & Broadband are in Operational state since past one week.
Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
