Hello, I am been waiting for MTNL to relocate my line since Jan 2021.

Now its been Feb 2022 and still i have not got the connection and i am still paying bills....

The Phone line has been out of order for over 4 months now - when I visited the Samta Nagar MTNL Office I was told that the cable has been stolen and it will take some time to replace - but MTNL is raising a Bill every month which I am paying on time - so their service should be restored promptly - such a system of paying for not providing a service cannot continue forever...

I have MTNL pole in front of our house which is at b1-172a gali no17 madhu vihar rajapuri, uttam nagar new delhi 110059, which have no connection on it, and while parking or taking car out it is very difficult for us, already got damaged my car twice due to this problem, also it is not possible for two cars to pass simultaneously due to this pole request you to please do the needful to resolve our problem....

MTNL landline no 23990098 is dead since October 2020 but bills are getting generated every month. i have complained many times but nobody is coming to repair it...

This is to inform you that I disconnected MTNL and I applied for security refund of MTNL in May2019 and Did not get it till now.

I have attached the cancel cheque and surrender of connection with security deposit refund form and letter as per instructed by mtnl employee but nothing happened.

Hi, my mtnl dolphin sim card from the past 10 months i.e. From march 2021, i am not receiving coverage in kerala.
Due to study related reasons i had to stay in kerala for a while and my cellphone has went to emergency mode in spite of having mtnl dolphin sim card in it, and at the same time two other devices with us using mtnl dolphin has no issues regarding network connection or network coverage...

The website of MTNL refuses to accept complaints and keeps logging off. The phone is lying dead since last two days....
