I am trying to recharge my both ( two ) the MTNL numbers since last 10 days, surprisingly it is sussessful every time as per the message received after transaction however non of the time it get applied to my number.
I tried ( 75 Rs validity recharge, and now STV 153 ) . can some one help here not sure where this money goes and how could I get refund on this.

I have disconnected the MTNL telephone service last year 08/03/21, it has been 1 year since then they have not transferred my security deposit.

My phone 28972156 is dead since one year bills paid till date, complain to mtnl Manager Dahisar east exchange but of no use. They could not trace the fault since two weeks now after recent fresh complain. Pls help

My mother was living alone at D2/2178 Vasant Kunj. She expired due to Covid on 29 Jun 2021. I had telephonically informed the customer care to close the landline.

After 8 months still no action has been taken.

no one is staying at above mentioned address

This is to inform you that my landline N0.26184537 is not functioning for the past 65 days . I am 83 years old and need this mode of communication every day. It is surprising to note that MTNL takes rent and other charges for dead phone regularly since i opted for ECS payment but does not bother to verify if the equipment is working.In 2019 also the phone line was dead for more than 6 months and same is being continued now. kindly let me know if it is possible for MTNL to give trouble free services so that i can take a call whether to continue with this useless service.

My Landline No. 25432429 Not Working Since 2 Months. I Have Adressed The Issue Several Times By Mails To The Concerned And The Reply Is Cable Fault. They Have Absolutely No Answer On When The Issue Would Stand Reolved.

This pole is just front of our gate, because of pol we can't put bike inside the house.and our street is congested so no auto come inside our streets because of mtnl pol & There is no active connection on this pole
Please remove the mtnl pole which is in our
Omvihar, uttam nagar, phase 1 A, house no 219 This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole.
It is causing a lot of issues like..
1.Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
3. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position

The pole is mostly used by local cable operator and internet connection providers. Any person can easily enter the house by climbing the pole. I would request you to kindly dismantle the pole from front of my house at the earliest

I Rajendra Tandon had surrendered my landline number 26342804 at MTNL lalubhai park Andheri West Mumbai on 18 Jan 2021.My payment mode was ECS.I have still not received the security deposit of the surrendered landline number.

That the complainant is a subscriber of telephone no. [protected] installed by MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited) at House no. 80/48 B, 3rd Floor, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017 and has made several written complaints to the service provider (MTNL). On 29/12/2021 the complainant requested for disconnection of landline telephone no. [protected] to MTNL but the same was not received by MTNL officials and the Complainant after the same were sent the letter cum legal notice dated. 31/12/2020 & 16/02/2021 but no action was taken and nor any reply was sent by MTNL, therefore, the complainant is helpless and approached before this commission, please find the attached complaint in respect of the number [protected] against the MTNL and take appropriate steps.

I have paid bill every month but my MTNL phone connection is always out of order (Dead). No one is there to rectify this problem since last 2-3 months My MTNL no. 27305130. I tried so many times to lodge complaint on MTNL also but they didn't respond back. Kindly do the needful in this regard. Thank you

I Surrender my Land line at Kandivali Poiser MTNL office on 18th Oct-2021
After paying balance amount by cash on same day at MTNL office.

I have yet not received my Deposited Amount,
When Contacted MTNL Account section in Mid-Jan2022, they replied that it take around 6 Months for refund and the reason for such delay was given as shortage of Fund and Manpower.

If we are delayed in Payment, you Charge us, then Why MTNL is delaying Refund.

Please remove the MTNL pole in mid of my house H no 157, New Layal Pur Colony, Krishna nagar chandan nagar, New Delhi – 110051. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for MTNL just 10 m away from this pole. The pole is mostly used by the local cable operators and internet connection providers. Any person can easily enter the house by climbing the pole. I would request you to kindly dismantle the pole from front of my house at the earliest. and one more most important thing Whenever it rains, current starts coming in the pole

Hello, I am been waiting for MTNL to relocate my line since Jan 2021.

Now its been Feb 2022 and still i have not got the connection and i am still paying bills.

My fathers mobile number [protected] is somebody else using fraudulently for whatsapp. How it is possible that any other person using my father's in use mobile number, Unless and until you issue his number to other person. How and why you issue my father's in use mobile number to other person.
On 5th February 2022 afternoon I have recharged my father's mobile number for extention of validity service for one year. And this day at night only I have come to know about this fraudulently using my father's mobile number for whatsapp.
So please check for this issue and resolve as soon as possible
