I had kept my telephone number 25234805 in safe custooday on 22/1/2020 vide WO No. 349/350.
On 18/1/2021, I wanted to restore the connection and requested accordingly.
However the concerned person Mrs.Sudha Mane told that there is a cable fault in Shivsrushti Kurla east and they caanot assure/guarantee when our connection will be restored.
Hence, on the same day (18/01/2021) I gave the letter for extending the period of my safe custoday.
To my surprise, we received a bill on 7/3/2021 for Rs.880/_.
Immediately on receipt of the bill I personally went to MTNL chembur office, and informed them that my connection is not restored and I do not have even wi fi connection and hence the bill should be cancelled.
However, no action was taken and the amount was recovered /debited to my account, through ECS.
Seeing the above incidence, on 27/03/2021, I applied for the surrender of my telephone connection and requsted for refund of deposit alongwith Bill amt Rs.880/_.
Even after lapse of two and a half months no action has been taken by MTNL for refund of my amount.
Personal visits have failed and telephone calls with Mr.Vijay[protected]
Sudha Mane [protected], and Santosh Kadu[protected] are not responded.
Plese guide/help me to get my money refunded from MTNL.
