We would like to disconnect the subject landline 26524614 permanently.

Landline no.[protected] is registered in the name of my mother Smt Asha Jain. Since she expired on 11th July 2020, i wanted to disconnect the line. I have visited the Agripada exchange with a copy of Death Certificate and the instrument to hand over but there was no one to address this issue. I have tried on the toll free number several times but there also either there is a voice message and if i have to tal to the person no one picks up the line. However i get a call from mtnl no.[protected] reminding me to make payment of my bills almost everyday.
I do not stay close to Agripada exchange and commuting in this lockdown phase is not allowed. Then how are we as consumers expected to get the line disconnected.
When i can get reminders on regular basis then why are redressal calls not taken. Specially when movement is not allowed in lockdown why is it expected that there should be a personal visit to the exchange. Why can a online application for disconnection not be accepted.

I request you to please look into the matter at the earliest.

Kindly note that the aforesaid landline number is dead since Nov.-2019 & have also registered complaint at MTNL Vasant vihar, Thane office.
It was told by your line man that due to cable fault it is not working

However till date, bill is being raised against my name & as on date outstanding payment of more than Rs.3000/ is created by MTNL but not used by me.

Kindly check in your system if any call is made since Nov.-19 to till date.
How come bill is being made against me.
Hence kindly requested to close this account ASAP as I don't require such connection.

Our Internet not working since 15 days we are making our payment on regular basis, but MTNL executive saying that our old dues are pending,
but we are not used line on that period we already submitted letter to MTNL authority to start our line but line not started we transfer our normal line to FTTH line on Date 24/08/2020 but our line started in the month of march -2021
we already paid 8 to 9 month Bill payment without using our line but still we are not received any refund from MTNL Authority

Request you to please look into these and start our line
also refund our old payment of 8 - 9 month

My MTNL phone is dead from past 4 months and we made a complaints in MTNL office but no body listen.We are regularly paying the rent of the phone every month in fear phone become dead permanently.Called so many times to Shakti nagar exchange and no body listen.Please help to correct the phone or refund my submitted amount of 4 months rent.

MTNL line not working from last 2 weeks kindly do needfully we running health service center with hospital thats why lots of problems face our patient. kindly look into matters seriously...

Our landline broadband is cut off since oct 20 and still we have been receiving bills in full and no one listens to our complaints no one is interested in our complaints mtnl people
are just telling us to pay bills

We have been lodging online complaint for the telephone landline no.[protected] that its dead for more than two months. No docket number is received for complaint. None of the person is attending to the fault. We have been receiving only bills for each month for payment and are regularly paying and the last bill is now paid today without any service being rendered. Its this very bad and poor service resulting in many leaving mtnl and those are having these problems unattended by your team. Pl look into and immediate restore the line active. Further please refund or adjust in future bills for the amounts we have been paying since the phone is dead. Pl take on sos basis.

My MTNL sim has been deactivated due to non usage but I urgently require this number for an official purpose. Kindly help me as to how can it be activated again? Number : [protected]

Tel 24036710 submitted to mtnl for about 1 year passed and still no refund received.

Earlier 2 - 3 month before also complained but no reply received.

Sion mtnl doesnot accept complain letter or helps in finding out about refund as mtnl noone picks up phone, thinking it is govt co and they are under covid so they can do anything.

Our above numbers are not working since 01/03/21.
As your complain no. 28812198 was not working we visited Malad Telephone Exchange for complain on 10/03/21 and were given Complain No. 495 for our no. 28813995 and were told that there is a major cable fault and will take some time.
Since our telephone is not working from 01/03/21 till date we request you to cancel the bill for the period 01/03/21 to 31/03/21 and give further instruction not to raise bills till the Telephone lines are restored.
We thank you for your Rs. 0 Bill for our other not working number 28816282.
Please restore our above two telephone and oblige.

Above phone numbers dead for several weeks. Complaints registered vide complaint numbers 100 and 101 dated 7/5/21 for numbers 26536316 and 26534969 respectively.No response despite heavy bills / charges by mtnl as compared to mobile numbers.Very poor service.No wonder the company is failing

The number has still not shifted to a new residence. It's been more than 5 Months just Playing Bills and cannot use it.

Request the team to look into this.

I can't send SMS & not getting SMS. I am using this sim from last 30 years +. Everywhere MTNL No.is registered in banks, Income tax, AADHAR card. Now it becomes problem for me. I want PORT Number to change but asking me to send SMS on 1900 from same MTNL sim, which I can't do.
What should I do. In near days I have to give life certificate but I am not getting SMS of OTP.
