In have surrendered my landline no in April 2019 and have requested for the refund. neccesary acknowledgement documents are with me. whenever enquired i got the reply that the fundings have not been done by the Govt.

Paid the same bill twice

Landline is DEAD since more than 1 year but MTNL charging monthly bills.

Latest bill March 2021 shows more DOUBLE the monthly average of Rs 450. Landline is DEAD and NO CALLS have been made.

MTNL Mumbai Wadala /Sewri exchange needs to be fornensically audited into this monkey business.

For 1 YEAR we have been paying Rs 450 monthly, without any service, landline nd instrument DEAD. Now this month, more than DOUBLE the monthly charge for Senior Citizen

My tel no. Is 24036710 and for last 8 months after submitting instrument at sion mtnl, i have not received my refund cheque as yet.

I am sr citizen and was told on submission that after 2 months, the cheque shall come to your home.

Now sion branch does not accept even written complain, others like a/c dept mtnl boss - mr sharma doesnot take mobile even after full day trying and even ll of naigaon mtnl will not take tel ll call.

Request urgent despatch of refund cheque by courier to my address registered.

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have been using MTNL services since Forty years approx. My landline number 25365313 is dead since 7 month.

My Father has Visited Several times To MTNL Charai (Thane – West) my father Precious time and calling several times Mr. Tiwari +[protected]. I was in India In December-2020 visited MTNL Charai Thane several time I meet with Mr. Tiwari.
I requested Mr. Tiwari but it appears to me he is only giving excuses saying cable fault. 2 technician has came and do the temporally work and the telephone was working in mid of December-2020 only for 3 days telephone was working. We pay bill on time as well we are facing big problem.
You are requested to fix the problem tomorrow, as now I am frustrated.
Customer care numbers always run a message that they are busy throughout the day (Indeed surprising).
It seems that MTNL wants to lose even its few existing customer and permanently close down its business soon if such attitude continues I near future

I am a NRI and going to take this matter to international channels of seeking justice including the press

My February bill has been generated with an undue addition of miscellaneous charges that are unaccounted for. Kindly help understand what are these charges and why added to my bill when I have not consumed any additional services.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is adjoining to our building B-255, Block B Mohan Garden, Opposite Lamba General Store, New Delhi 110059. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
2. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
3. There is no point of having dead poles

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Illegal Desi Celeb Wallpaper Service - MTNL Service Provider

Regularly I'm getting this SMS from[protected]
Dear customer, Your Desi Celeb Wallpaper service renewed successfully and your account charged Rs3 valid for 15day. To Stop Send UNSUB BLW03 to 5202000

when i send sms on this 5202000 to unssub it is not going only pl check.

I never opted for this service and deducted the unauthorized amount from my account. Can you please look into this matter to stop all illegal services which have been activated.

every 15days they are debiting this Rs.3 from my balance.

No broadband service as instrument ADSL and internet connection lights are not blinking or connecting. Had similar issue a year back with no redressal for months due to MTNL being short staffed and work outsourced. After several complaints MTNL tried to solve the problem on phone and was informed that telephone instrument was faulty and MTNL has no new stock and has to procure instrument on own cost even though rent was paid to MTNL. When private electrician attended the fault, he categorically stated that the fault was with the Triband socket connecting phone and ADSL instrument. When cost paid to electrician for new socket the net started working. But the line connection was faulty with frequent disconnection. It has worked this way till today. Once again the instrument ADSL and net lines are not blinking. Lodged complaint on phone with MTNL and if no response will submit letter for disconnection of Triband service.

My PCO land line 24169139 is in dead condition since November-2020.

I complained to MTNL Wadala exchange office in December so I get pocket no:3064

but still Dec-2020, Jan-2021 & Feb 2021 bill generated and deducted done from my bank account.

I wrote a letter on date 17/02/2021, but no one listening my problem, I did an e-mail but no action taken, till today as on date: 03/03/2021 my land line number is in Dead state.

Today when I again Complaint about my issue then officer told me that your complain has been lifted (cancelled).

I asked who lifted my complain but no one answering my questions.

They are again given me a new pocket number as,

So now I sending this Complain to you as Consumer Protection cell.Please resolve this problem and please tell me what about those generated bills although not a singal calls are made due dead state.

MTNL officer not giving me answer that "Who will responsible for this arbitness action of MTNL and those forcefully generated bills."

Wadala comes in Zone-2 and manager of this zone Mr. A.A. Kulkarni' and contractor Mr. Imran doing the arbitness without any fear, these both person putting problem each other.

So an action must be take these officer and that officer who left the complain forcefully.While MTNL department doing the arbitness action.

From the last 2-3 recharge amount is deducted from my balance account though unknown services /plans/packs which I never subscribed. All my recharge amount goes vain.
Also I received some unknown OTPs for WAP Portal which I have never initiated.
Request u to kindly stop the services ASAP, as I have some faith Left in MTNL Today....

I have submitted the instruments and required documents on 9th december2020 to mtnl office Mulund West My landline number was 25653794 .The official man said that the refund amt cheque will sent through courier after one month but not received yet pls look into the matter urgently and reply asap

I have tried to pay mtnl bill online but the transaction failed and amount debited. So i tried again but again amount debited but transaction was failed. I repeated the same five times . All the time amount debited but transactions were showing failed. I contacted billdesk, according to them the transaction was successful and amount remitted to mtnl.

Every 15 days I get one SMS from MM-ONEID “your desi celeb wall papers subscription is renewed” and an amount of 3.00 Rs is deducted from my balance.
I am even not able to unsubscribe. This is a fradulant SMS scamming people. Please act and save your customers from these SMS.

I Chanchal Rani requested you to refund my partial security deposit . This is because originally we have paid a security deposit & now the same is reduced to by MTNL. My Telephone No. is 27054864 and I have cleared all due payments till date.
But then also I have not received my deposit money back.We request you to kindly look in to the matter as I need funds immediately now I am a retire person so value for money is very important for me.

My MTNL LANDLINE no 26208452 was in the name of my mother Dorothy Lewis. Today I surrendered my phone. When I asked for a refund of the Rs. 8000 I was informed that the amount was reduced in the bill over time. Is this correct? Please advise as I thought I would get the refund on surrender. Thanks a lot.
