Paid the bills of jan, feb and march 2020, provided screenshots via mail but issue is still not resolved. Have been following up since months. No one picks up the helpline number as well. Please help

I had purchased trump sim before 8 to 10 years in name of mrs. Madhu also after some time they demand aadhaar card xerox i provide them with proper name mrs. Madhu and also mobile no of above sim but in mtnl record there staff is enter name madahav instead of madhu and we don't
Know about this. Now they block the sim without inform us before 4 to 5 months we think it is require nano sim against this old sim so i visit bhayandar telephone exchange that time i knew that there is mismatch in name in mtnl record and as per trai rule they cant do anything and do not try to confirm that ther is mistake from mtnl staff also i have an mtnl land line from 25 year for same name but there is no any officer to check my document and rectify there record. I link this sim no with aadhaar - income tax - gas connection and many other financial institution where i invest money, it is easy to buy new sim but not easy to change the mobile no at various places so help to rectify the name mtnl in there record and unblock the sim

I have submitted my request for change of my landline plan for number[protected] from bb-800-8m-combo to basic plan+economy plan of rs 399, on 24/06/2020 at vashi mtnl csc. Also i have submitted the accessory (My modem) to the same office on 24/06/2020. The acknowledgement copies of both the documents are enclosed herewith.
Please be informed that inspite of my submitting the request and the accessory to mtnl csc...

We have visited idgah office 7-8 times and met the person mr. Kunal agm he always convinces it will be done the next day but till date nobody has come
I am very sorry to see your poor response. Please expediate it is urgent. Please reply soon (This is our 3rd complaint) please this matter solve as urgent as possible

Please remove the 2 polls of mtnl which is at our office rz. 27, subhash park extn 2, bindapur matiyala road, uttam nagar – 110059. This is causing a lot of problems in our office. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 10 m away from this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Poll is front of our office.
2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
3. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
4. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m.
5. Also it is very danger its tilt and it has been damage our shop gate any time.

After chasing multiple executives for 4 years, i have been harassed continiously. I face daily hardships in entry exit and parking at my home. The mtnl pole is useless and unoperatiinal since 7 years.

Prepaid sim card #[protected] got deactivated on august 2nd, 2020 without any prior intimation. This prepaid sim holds balance around rs. 143 and has been distributed this number on various critical essentials. For example gas service. Even though i was using this number on a regular basis it got deactivated after using for more than a decade. And now there's no customer service for this. Even their self service portal doesn't handle such requests and customer care no. Isn't connecting. Are you guys dead or what? If not then please resolve this query. This is a critical number for me and if you don't wanna service than let me port this to some other better service provider

Our landline nos.23213236, 23218581 and 23216796 are dead /not working. We have complaint several time to your department but no action taken till date.
We have also submitted complaint at minto road telephone exchange and one person come at our work place and said within few minutes i will set the lines right., but not came again.

It is very frustrating.

So please do the needful.

We have requested to disconnect our landline (Number :[protected] and wifi on 28th may 2019 and it was done too.
We have submitted devices as well.
We were suppose to receive the refund amount of 3000 inr approx.
But we haven't received it yet and its been more than a year now.
Please look into our case and oblige.

I, sarishta sood, a senior citizen of 116, aravalli appartment in alaknanda, kalkaji is struggling in these tough times to get my mtnl bill sorted out. My landline is[protected], heavily charged.
They have charged me unnecessarily during the last few months which in no way i can get it rectified.
I tried my best to reach out to them but its not working either!
Humble request to look into this matter and get it sorted...

No dial tone

In my june 2020 bill an additional amount of rs. 66/- added for some misc charges. The said amount is not clear for which services they had charged.

I had my landline received shifting work order from february 20 but till date, not my landline, not shift and broadband bill generate from february month i hand complain also my complain no: [protected] my landline no: 28045934 but not any problem solve and bill generate every month how to i contact any person and mtnl office, not any person respond please solve as soon as possible

I had made an online payment of rs. 882/- by hsbc credit card for phone no 28452748 on 24/07/2020 and received a message from my card provider of payment done. However no receipt has been generated by mtnl and the bill amount is still shown as pending.

Had complained that there is no connection of Telephone number in January 2020. Complaint number 2968.

We have called several times but no one has ever answered the calls.
We also visited MTNL Borivali office & they said it will be resolved, but still nothing is done.

I have written mails to them, but there is no response on that too.

I again made online complaint, but they marked it Ok even without checking. Complaint number 7049.

Our phone is not working since January 2020. But bill has been raised every month. We want all the bills to be reversed.

They are not even accepting our surrender request & asking us to pay first.
When the landline connection is not working since January 2020 & even after repeated followups it is not being resolved why should I pay?

We have four land line no. 23213236, 23213420, 23218581 and 23216796.
All these phones are not working .we are facing so much problems.

The Mtnl Telephone No 25219087 has not been working since 30.01.2020. We had sent a lot of complaint (some online and two letter offline) about our dead phone and internet not working but no action has taken yet . We went there twice and they said that we were working on this but no output from there side and they send us continuously bill of the Mtnl. When our phone and internet has not been working from 30.01.2020 and after a lot of complaints from our side no action has been taken from Mtnl. Why they send us a bill. It is requested you to kindly waive of our bill Mtnl[protected] bill and cut our connection.

Landline not working

Sir since 1 month our mtnl landline is not working, no one is coming to attend the complaint. Please take this on priority, we are paying rent for the same but no service.
