My telephone connection and internet is not working since last two months

I had already made the online payment of rs. 939/- on[protected] vide icici bank net banking paybill utility - payment mode reference no : [protected]. Also made the payment of rs. 944/- on[protected] vide icici bank net banking paybill utility-payment mode reference no : [protected].

Even after several followup the issue is not yet resolved.

I have paid my mtnl bill twice once from bank account and once from paytm dated 12jan 2020. Kindly cashback my 1 bill amount. That is 896rs. Contact no. 23820005 mtnl. Your company has accepted payment twice for one bill. I request you to pay back my money as soon as possible and revert back. Looking forward for your revert and my money. Will be thankful to you.

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice, that we have mtnl land line at our residence having number[protected], from past 6-7 months we are facing regular problems, we reported to your malad mtnl office, they repair it and after some time again we are facing the same problem, but from past one month, the land line is not working, we approached your office, we meet pawaskar madam, she assured us that our problem will be solved immediately, madam gave the number of your concerned person. Mr. Yadav having mobile no:- [protected], this person is only giving false assurance that he will come, today, tomorrow, etc. And does not turns up, now from few days, he has started abusing us, and his speech is also very arrogant, we also told him that we will complaint to his seniors, but his words were that he is not bothered about his seniors, you can do what your want i will not do your work, we the 20 years old customers of mtnl has this service feed back, today at this level we have to waste our time & energy & run after people, this is the duty of mtnl to provide us service, our payments (Bills) are paid regularly, and no commitment of service, so we are unsatisfied with your services, if this is continued, we may think of another option, i also do understand that this may not effect mtnl but i will make shure that this will be highlighted in media if possible, so i expect that your self may take prompt action against your irresponsible person (Mr. Yadav)
And our problem will be solved at earliest

Still today ie[protected] we are facing the same problem, your person mr. Jadav having mobile no:- [protected] visited,, but did not solve the problem, as mentioned above just gave false commitment, and now does not pick up our calls,

My landline no. 27822249 is dead for more than a week.in spite of several complaints nothing happens. Every day i register a complaint but apparently they show it resolved even though it is actually not resolved and i have to register a fresh complaint next day. There is a problem with the cable which is mtnl property and hence they need to change it, however, linemen demand money from us.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in front of our residence e-9/a chankya place, paet 1, street no 22, 25 feet road, part-1, delhi -58. This is causing a lot of problems in our society.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
3. Space issue...

We have disconnected our landline number 23011577 on 9th sept 2019 after paying all our dues. We are expecting the deposit amount of rs 3000 to be credited in the account. Initially, the mtnl employee said it will be credited in 15days. It's been 3 months since we have not received the deposit. We personally visited the mtnl agripada office several times for the refund but all in vain. Please look into this and consider it on priority.

My phone 27452691 of mumbai mtnl is not working. I have complained online and offline they close complaints without attending. Whenever i ask them they tell the technician is not there. They dnt answer properly when i ask them that why is complaint closed i have called local office several times they note my number and tell that it will be resolved immediately but nobody turns up when u ring again u recieve same answer

We surrender our landline phone no. 25882069 on 16/03/2019 at thane (West) lokmanya region alongwith all necessary documents

The company assure that security deposites will be return within one month
But till today we havent received security deposites

We personally met 2 to 3 times regarding this issue but every time they told to wait for some time due to fund crunch

Till date alomost 9 months over & still not got satisfactory result

With ref to subject mention mtnl no. 26711975, connection belong to my brother who expired in september 2019 and i had submit the letter to discontinue the connection to your respective office.

I have clear all the dues for the said no immediately without any delay.

I am now totally frustrated with all this pathetic service as till date i have not received deposit refund.

Whenever i call your your bandra office (Now shifted to vile parle east), excuse is give that mtnl don't have funds they have not given us the salary from last 2-3 months.

And today tried to contacted on number 26120301 but lady who attended the call was rudely responded and hung up the phone.

I do have to second mtnl connection 26708339 for which i pay the bill payment on time, if we don't pay than mntl will debit the late charges than mtnl will not consider the same.

Please take some actions and resolve my problems.

Last 6 mahinese mera phone ka problem shuru hai. Sabhi jagah call kar kar ke pareshan hu. Till date tak mera phone bandh hai. Aap call kare to ring bajati hai lakin mere yaha nahi exchaing me. Log kahate hai aap hamara phone uthate kyo nahi.
Ab mera sirf internett shuru hai uski maximam speed 1mb hai....

There is a network failure and call drop or call disconnection abruptly in respect of postpaid mobile no.[protected]. Please resolve the problem. And guide what action is required to be taken from my side. My usage is very limited so suggest which plan is suitable for me. We hold telephone no. 26115252 and generally pay the telephone bill as soon as we get it but for the last six months, we have not received any bill. The reasons for such a delay are beyond our knowledge. We will, therefore, request you to send us the pending bill immediately and to look into the matter so that we may get the bills regularly and pay them off easily in the future.in case you send more than one bill for payment, it will be very difficult for us to pay them up.

We hope you will appreciate our difficulties and do the needful accordingly.

This complain is regarding telephone iron pole
Which is installed by mtnl 25 year ago and now it's in very bad condition it got rusted with damaged condition and can fall in day or two which will be a biggest threat to common people and children beacause its 17 feet long iron pole 2 ton of weight please remove it as early as possible

This is the 6th complaint i`m making for the same cause.

An mtnl pole infront of our house (Bd 66 pitampura, delhi 110034) needs to be removed urgently. It has no active connections and is creating utmost nuisance for last 8 years. Issues faced by multiple nearby households:

1. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
2. Space issue as because of this no vehicle can go through, parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position.
3. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m

Multiple complaints earlier have not been responded and hinted for giving bribe. Using this channel for immediate, justified and fair action.

I have launched a complaint for my landline in june for getting disturbance in line however after multiple complaints through phone no one even attended the issue. I stopped paying a bill and then i started receiving collection calls to pay bill where i shared my reason of not paying a bill and this continued till nov. Finally i wrote a mail to grievance team then after 5 months it was resolved on 13th nov so next day thst is on 14th i paid the bill and confirned payment details to concern team but till today i line is not connected

After many follow with agm, dgm, ed, lineman and other office only outcome received is that we have major cable faculty in your area
I wanted to know that why other landline is working in our area and my phone is dead since 6 month if you say there is big cable faculty and also would like to know that how much time is required for you to clear the issue i think i have give you enough time for the same i would also bring to your notice that you raising bill for faculty line and we paying the same from 6 month
I have got very unsatisfactory answer from your department

I would request you to do the needful at your earliest or you would force us to take matter with consumer court and with social media

Sir/mam,
I mrs. Prabha mathur aged 69 yrs (Senior citizen) due to personal reasons, after paying the outstanding dues against the mtnl surrendered my mtnl landline phone no.26314258 on 21.12.2018. The copy of the surrender form submitted and received by the mtnl is duly enclosed below for your perusal.
On making frequent visits to the mtnl okhla office, i was apprised that due to short staff/ staff on leave the delay is taking place and would take sometime to process the request.
I would most respectfully like to place on records that as substantial time (Nearly 1 year) has lapsed since the request was submitted to the mtnl dept. I have till date not yet received the refund of the security deposit which i paid at the time of taking the connection.
Request you to please intervene and arrange to get back my pending security deposit pending since last 1 year.
Hoping for an early action and thanking you in anticipation.

I had installed mtnl telephone. At that time rs 8000 deposit was taken and it was said that it will be given when we terminate the service. Now when we terminated the service they are telling that the amount of deposit is deducted from the bill amount partially. But when we enquire about it, people said that the amount deduct in the bill is the interest of deposit and you should get the deposit. Please help me get my refund of deposit which i had paid earlier to mtnl.

During last one month a racket of sending unsolicited smses has been received in our prepaid mobile nos.[protected] and [protected] i must state that we have not responded to the messages.. On receipt of of smses we took the matter with your call centre for redressal.

The request id nos,.in respect of mobile no [protected] are 1482215 and 1478157,
Similar request id no. For mobile no.[protected] is 1478158.

Both the mobiles are not smart phone but only ordinary ones.

The senders of these unsolicited smses had promptly debited rs 7 (Total rs 21/-) on the three smses. Form our prepaid nos. While your call centre staff after hectic followups indicated that they have blocked the nos. Where the messages came. On our request for refund of the debited amount, we were provided a mtnl no.26528160. Our efforts to contact this number umpteen times have only resulted in beeps. Here i wish to recollect my very bad experience when i made a personal visit to mtnl office in mulund west. I entered the office at!! Am to lodge the complaint on the above and either i was redirected to various floors. Though i was asked to meet the officers, i was shocked to find that none of them had reported even at! 2 noon. Some kind official directed me to gsm section, visited at various intervals, to my utter shock all the cabins were locked till i left after a tiring tour of mtnl at 1pm.

We as an old loyal customers cannot comprehend why this lackadaisical attitude of staff at mtnl. You may feel that the amount is small but i the firms/individuals must be milking many unwary customers like me and milking a fat amount.

As i already 70 years of age do not shove or show me around you offices.. I am looking for fast corrective action firstly to stop such cheating and also refund the deducted amount.

I have been complaining for the past six months regarding my landline that has not been working and there is a cross connection. The complain number is 6147. Nothing has been done about it. Or even if temporary it is repaired for a day or two it stops working again. I have been paying all my mtnl bills on a regular basis. I would like a permanent solution. I have also been informed that bmc is not giving permission to put a cable how is that my fault do look into it.
