Hi sir,
This is to inform you that there is a pole from mtnl in front of our house which now has no active connection attached to it. The pole is touching our first floor balcony which triggers the threat of theft at our home. Secondly, our garage door does not opens as the same pole comes in its way. I would request you to please look into this matter and remove the pole as soon as possible.

Please remove the MTNL pole which is near our house A-21, TAJPUR VILLAGE, NEAR GURUDWARA, BADARPUR. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for MTNL just 20 m away from this pole.
Issues because of this pole:

1. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
2. Space issue as because of this no vehicle can go through, Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position.
3. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m

Data pack of rs. 99/- was activated on 21st april 2019 (Request no. [protected]) with confirmation that the same will be deactivated after 30 days i. E. 20th may 2019, automatically. As a precaution on 21st may 2019, i called up 1503 wherein i was confirmed orally that the same will get deactivated.

I have been billed rs. 33/- for april 2019 and rs. 99/- for may 2019. Request you to credit the excess charged along with gst in next bill and confirm. I have paid bills for april n may 2019 and yet received the bill for june 2019 for rs. 117/- and july 2019 for rs. 98/-.

Request you to 1) credit the excess charged along with gst in may 2019 and 2) reverse the june 2019 and july 2019 bill and confirm immediately.

Our landline no 28908698 is non functional since the past 4 months. Various visits and contacting the officials have yielded no results. The bill is being paid regularly. Officials are not all co operative and make you run from one desk to another. This kind of treatment is not expected from them. My parents are. Old and my father is not very conversant with mobile phones. They are alone at home and in case of an emergency there is no way he can call someone.
This has been explained to the concerned officials but they are so insensitive that they havent bothered to check and resolve.
I have already exhausted 3 casual leave only to visit their office and request them to restore the connection.

Dear sir/ madam,
This is regarding our MTNL[protected] and[protected]Telephone instruments they are not working properly, There is always disturbance in the line and phone calls disconnects by its own.
We have logged a complaint in MTNL, As per MTNL technician they have checked all the connection and they said everything is ok.
As per them our both the instruments need a replacement.
For getting a new instrument we have given application on 05/12/2018 to MTNL office. we want both the instrument at a cost but till today we have not received any call from MTNL.

From last one month I have been constantly complaining about no internet connection on my MTNL NETWORK however, I am getting messages as complaint resolved with no action being taken.
Some of my complaint numbers are 1636 and 351.
I hope this message reaches some genuine sincere officer who will help resolve my issue.
I feel helpless as the customer care is very insensitive to our problem.

My landline telephone number 26605983 is dead since july 28, 2019.
Have registered complaint 3 times as under also called mtnl number of time during this period.

I have lost my dolphin sim card (+91-[protected]) yesterday[protected] and request you to please block that sim in-order to avoid the misuse of sim by inappropriate people. I have already submitted the fir for the loss of sim. Please block this sim at the earliest possible and let us know if anything else required from my side...

I am using mtnl dolphin mobile number [protected] since 2006. I often face humiliation when people try to reach me out and find zero network. Mtnl became a dream job for people who don't want to work and enjoy the life and when mtnl faces losses, the mgmt reaches out to govt and beg for help package. Shame on you guys who are eating public's money.
If you have a little self-esteem then please work on network quality in gangotri vihar, weat ghonda, delhi-53 region. There is absolutely zero network since ages. If we can see network for 30minutes in whole day, we will be the luckiest consumer among other mtnl poor customers.
Note: first tower in screenshot is jio. Second desperate empty triangle waiting to get some coverage is mtnl.

Please provide incoming and outgoing call log for mtnl number 26124517. We would like to know if the phone is being misused by servants in our absence.
We are getting bill of rs.1000.00 even when the phone is not working properly. Would help if you could provided detailed bill for this landline number so that we can decide if we should continue with land line number or disconnect the same.

Landline not working for more than a month despite that i have received a bill for monthly rentals.
Our landline is not working since 28th june 2019, a compliant was lodged and docket no is 231, despite several complaints no positive action has been take by mtnl on the contrary i have received invoice for july 2019 charging monthly rentals, even when landline was not working for entire july 2019

Please disconnect above said postpaid dolphin no. As i have not using this no. From a long time and the related sim was also misplaced. I have to pay unnecessary bill for the mobile service which i am not using from long time and payment of bills is a financial loss to me
Please disconnect and close aforesaid mobile service to save me from paying unnecessary bills in future.

Hello team,
My father has pension account in SBI Thane main branch ( acc no [protected] ) . I lost my father on 04/12 /2018 . I have applied for family pension on name of my mother ( pension acc in same branch acc no. [protected] ) with all the required documents at Thane main branch . They told me, all documents will be transfer to belapur branch SBI on same day but again delay about 1 month don't know why . On 7th May, file transfered to belapur section . But from that date, there is no single update on that . Me and my mom regularly visit Thane main branch to take update but there is no process at all . Whole process is pathetic and very frustrating and disappointing . Please give me exact status of this condition so that it will prevent me from escalation to next level n so on. ..I have met with priti mam, Manisha madam, kamat madam n etc. From thane main branch SBI . Always I found pension account department is vacant .PFA photos for proof .I have videos also for the proof .

I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 07/05/2019 bearing serial no.2 an application on prescribed format along with wireless modem, pbt phone and copy of telephone bills for the month december 2018 and april 2019 for disconnecting the telephone no 23828597 was submitted to your office.

Further, my above telephone has been disconnected/closed/surrender but the security amount has not been refunded so far after adjustment of outstanding bills.

In view of above, i request you to please refund me balance of security amount after adjustment of outstanding bills if any.

Even though our adsl light is active, we get poor speed. We are not getting the required speed and we have made complaints several time to mtnl mumbai. Nowadays, there is frequent disconnection which happen 4- 5 times a day.

We are getting download speed of only 5mbps. They say there is problem in line, but no one comes to attend the same.

Hope people are considerate as we are paying money every month.

I am a cardiac patient and a senior citizen, i had 2 mtnl landline the other number was 22816863 whereby i was a loyal customer.
I surrendered the mtnl no.22816863 about 2 months ago because that use to faulty all the time inspite of several complains made.
I want your office to put my mtnl no.22816823 in order at the earliest as there in no ringtone since many days and while it was ok there was too much of disturbence.
Please give me the name and contact nos. Of the person whom i can contact in future problem if any.
If my above no.22816823 is not put in order within 24 hours i shall be forced to surrender the same also and mtnl shall loose one more old and loyal customer

Dear customer, your tel no. T22724083 with complaint no.337 has been booked under cable breakdown. The fault is expected to get rectify shortly. Was received one week after five days of trying to reach mtnl complaint numbers 1500, 1504, 198, 197 but none is getting picked up. It has been now 15 days since phone is dead and no response is coming from mtnl side, truly worst way of handling things
