My telephone number is[protected]. On 9th Oct 2018, I made online payment of Rs 1110 but did not get receipt or acknowledgement of confirmation. My Card account is debited. Several Mails to selfcare and others in this organisation do not evoke any response. In fact Complaint had been lodged even at the Govt.Portal. But this Company known and established in the world for Notorious service at all levels cannot be moved. Why such white elephant and sick company is still operating in India is a wonder.

I wonder whether this forum can move the thick irresponsible personnel in the company.

No response was received. But it appears that bill has been credited into my account since no dues are shown. Nobody in the world including GOD cann move this company to provide any prompt service on any matter.

      Mtnl is charging me for mm ocsbox service which i have not activated. Weekly rs 7 is being cut for the service. I have not activated this service and my balance is going waste like this.
      You cannot activate any service directly like this without asking the customer.
      There is also no option available to cancel this.
      Cancel this service immediately and refund all my balance which is cut.

      The mtnl- mumbai connection i have taken is dead for last three months. 2 months i have paid for internet also without using the service. Later i have terminated the internet connection. My existing connection was migrated to land phone service only. I have logged the complaints it is usually closed in 2 days without any action. Please help.

        I am getting msg from mtnl

        1 from mm celeg... Cutting rs 3 every two days for fb video... Which i have never asked... Drained my recharge. I went and complained at mtnl customer service and did dnd... On friday
        Yet they cut my money on saturday and just now today.

        2. Same for mm ocsbox...
        Sending me joke and charging.

        I even spoke to their call center number and complained. However balance is not yet refunded. Phone number: [protected]

          urgent my dolphin not working since 48 hrs now

          My dolphin no [protected] is not working since friday morning.
          I have complaint about the same on friday night then again saturday morning then saturday afternoon.
          There after i had to get up and go to mtnl office at prabhadevi. Where i was asked to changed the sim card. I did that on saturday afternoon 4 pm. Still my dolphin nber not working.
          I tried to even select network manually, but it says that dolphin network...

          On Sunday 07 Sept 2018 I saw message "Your renewal of funbazaar videos Rs.5/3days. will be on 8th September 2018 and if you want to unsubscribe and STOP FUN5 to 5494900"I immediately tried to send message but it couldn't sent showing error message Hence I searched Funbazaar services on intense and found telephone no 155223. I immediately dialled that and register ed complaint.But on 8th September 2018 again Rs5 were deducted as subscription for fun videos.
          I became angry and sent email which was searched from net for stopping Rs5 for every 3 days.Then on 9 Sept2018 I rec'd message wherein it was stated that you are unsubscribe d from fun videos.I was relaxed to see it and sent mail for requesting​ refund of my money else I would approach consumer forum.
          In 10th Oct 2018 I was harrassed once again by MTNL by deducting Rs5 for message from OCSBOX. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND CIMPENSATION OF RS100000/-

          Though MTNL mumbai has marked status of my complaint as '' Resolved" they never contaced me or gave any explanation for deducting my money.It may be noted that they continued to deduct my money till 13th Octobee 2018 till the prepaid balance exhausted to 0.58 paise.Please look into matter as I want my money back.

            Dear concern person,

            MTNL has deducted 60 rupees for WAP service without any information for mobile no [protected], everyone I receive sms after deduction and every time time I call customer care and they just apologise and say they have activated the DND and I received DND confirmation SMS every time but still every week they deduct 10 rs for any new WAP service, as per TRAI rules no telecom service provider can deduct any amount without any prior information then they can deduct my amount. Now it's high time time, and I need my money back.

              Most of the time my dolphin sim shows no network, whensoever i want to make urgent calls it shows that there exists no sim card or there are no networks. I am so diappointed regarding that. I made several complaints to resolve this issue but after 2-3 weeks it starts reoccuring again that is i am not able to receive networks for the whole day. I want you to rectify it as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir, we are regular customer of mtnl with 4 telephone lines.in the month of july 18 your shivaji park office not provided bill for 2 phones. And not added in next month bill of aug 18. We paid the bills of aug 18 well in time but your office 2 lines disconnected without any information to us. They have not provided the bills for the month of sept 18 & july 18 on demand by us in writing. On calling on phones [protected], 24448400, 24448700, nobody is pickingup phone. And nobody is ready for help. We request you to pl. Take action and advise to your shivaji park office to connect our disconnected lines & provide the bills in time to enable us to make payment in time.in case of your reply unsatysfactory we shall be compelled to go to ministry or court.                     The above no. Is not a smartlhone & [protected]@5 is deducting rs 5 every 1 to 3 days without subscription. This is a fraud by mtnl.
                    Please see that this deduction is stopped with immediate effect & my money discredited.
                    Please ensure such frauds are not repeated. This is a second such instance.

                      Attached herewith is the letter we received from mtnl. We have been a customer of mtnl since more than 25 years and have never defaulted on our payment. We always used to receive internet bill (Around 1000) as we dint use phone to make calls. This time we received a bill close to 2000. When we enquired about this in the company, we were told that is the charge of one call made by us on toll free no of hindustan unilever which sounds very unconvincing.

                      We wish to restart our phone services (Not internet) with the minimum package available.

                      Please look into this and help us resolve this at the earliest.

                        I have applied for the transfer of mtnl landline from my one office to another office due to shifting of the office from one pace to another. On request the employee of the mtnl disconnected my call and assured me that the same shall be transferred within 2 working days but till date i. E. After expiry of 21 days they have installed the same in our office and they are denying the same on one and another pretext and misbehave with my office colleague and said phone "katwa do, warmna jab hona hai hoga."

                        Being a government employee they have no right to misbehave with the public.

                                My name is mohit singh my mobile no.[protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcely. And they charged 5 r's beetveen every three day, s. I am suffering it for 4 month and mtnl deducted my lots of rupees. Many times i call at customer care but they people did not do anything and many time they cut my call. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply mag. I am in trouble please help me.

                                    My landline has not been working now since nearly a month
                                    My net speed low appx 512kbps whereas im on a 10mbps plan and its been a month appx
                                    I spk to mtnl field work official who inspect the mtnl box located in our location and they have mentioned its a cable fault and unsure on when it will be fixed..
                                    I am not able to recv calls on my landline and due to low speed i have to spend more money on electric bills to download huge files as the speed is way too slow
                                    Even youtube videos at 360p resolution are also showing buffering,, any above resolution cant be played at this speed.. I have docket # for the complaint raised on 02/09/[protected] and 1816
                                    And complaint raised on 28/08/2018 - 282 and 8853
                                    And an email was sent to [protected]@mtnl.net.in on 02/09/18 and 05/09/18 but no response yet and issue is still unresolved.
                                    Now i still am wondering what kind of bill are they going to send me

                                      Please remove the mtnl pole which is in front of our Tp-116, Tp-119, Tp-120, Tp-124, pitam pura, delhi -88. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 20 m away from this pole.
                                      Issues because of this pole:
                                      1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
                                      2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
                                      3. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
                                      4. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
                                      5. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m
                                      6. Due to construction of roads & sever between tp-116 to Tp-120 the pole going downward.
