Reminded over telephone at least 5 times and says cable fault and will be done shortly. Still there is no sign of rectifying the problem.

Kindly do the needful to get the phone line activated at the earliest.

    CA no. [protected] My Internet is not working from last 1 month. Every time a put up a complaint I get one message that my problem is solved but actually it is not. From last 1 month daily I m putting queries that my broad band is not working and I m getting message that problem is solved.(But it is not) Recently some enginners have visited my home and asked me to convert account into safe custody mode by calling the customer care. On customer care no body have any idea how it is to be done. This is not the first time but every time I have any issue with phone, internet, broadband, billing I have to go through their pathetic consumer service. Their customer care people have no knowledge of system, the ladies who pick the phone sound very unprofessional. They have no knowledge of the system. The worst part is every time I call their customer service number they provide me with a new number to call. Most of the time that number never works or never answered or if someone picks up they will hand you over a new number to call. And they never answer their emails. I do not understand why you advertise the emails on your website and bill if you are just going to ignore them. Many of the numbers listed on their website and actual bill never work. You just have to keep calling new number every time and talk to some person on the other side who will give you a new number to call and in result it will just waste your time. Now someone from them has suggested me to go to their office and give an application for the problem. Looking at their speed i guess I have to take a day off from office to do this work.

      It is a matter of great concern that there have been no fair & honest dealings in matters like fault repair, broad band/internet & related services for the last several years. There have been instances of frequent cable thefts leading to surprisingly unusual longer delays in restoring the services back to normalcy that too at the cost of harassment & inconveniences. Despite all this, there have been complete denial in some cases & partial or unfair compensation for the rest. The current bill for fixed line+ bb services telephone no. 27433709 demanding rs 302 (Invoice no. Mt dl[protected] dt.13.07.18) has been a perfect example of the most unfair & dishonest billing; that should have been a bill for one-day (30 june) instead of the 4-day-27, 28, 29, 30 jun 2018-bill as there was no connectivity up to the 29th, because of non-restoration (From safe custody) as given in our letter of 29.06.18 elaborating that billing to be effective from the day restoration was done.
      Description & exlanation
      Services (On request) have been under mtnl's safe custody. Request for restoration from the safe custody was made on 27/06/18; but the restoration not done even on 29/06/18; hence a letter requesting for immediate restoration was done 29/06/18. Hence the bill should have been for one day (30 june) certainly not for 4-days — 27, 28, 29, 30 june. This is just one incident, many such incidents observed, complaints filed but of no satisfying resolutions during last the decade. I am now fed up with the mtnl

      In view of all these facts, i request that the broad band services be discontinued with immediate effect. Modem, if required, may kindly be collected from the premises.
      It’s further requested the land-line telephone services (Incoming calls services only) may kindly be continued. & billing disputes be settled logically.

        It has been more than a week since the phone is dead. We are facing a lot of problem due to this. We have tried to lodge complaint 100 times but it has proved to be futile. Nobody has responded to our complaint. Very disappointing service. We have been using mtnl from the past 5-6 years and this problem is still taking so much time to be resolved. If you are unable to act to our grievance kindly tell so that we can shift to some other connection.

        I m a customer of mtnl phone no [protected] for more than 12 years i have never used data since beginning but for last 2 billinf june n july 2018 i have received bill for data more than 300rs about i m using simple numeric phone not suitable for internet
        I lodged complaint on 198 several times it always close the complaint but phone not got the dialtone it is dead like before.
        Last two complaints lodged on 11th aug 2018 complaint no.231 was closed after 10days without checking whether it is done or not now i have again lodged a complaint it is 385 done on 30.08.2018

          No network in our premises for MTNL Dolphin/Garuda/Trump for past several days. Complaints have been made from time to time but no improvement. All the residents in our builfing and area are suffering. Please look into on priority.

            I am staying anushakti nagar, ragamala complex, barc, mumbai 400094.
            I am facing frequent mtnl dolphin call drop or no network connectivity for last two years. Two years back, there was no such problem. I had made many complaints to mtnl without any improvement in network coverage. I am not alone, facing this problem but whole ragamala complex of anushakti nagar are facing this problem. Mtnl does not respond to our complaint.

              Dear sir.

              Sub: my land line no.27306216 – change of plan to rs.250/- meant for senior citizens and simultaneously dis-connection of broad band on this number

              In connection with above, i would like to draw your kind attention as under:

              1. I got my broad band disconnected w. E. F. 28.06.2018 vide my request letter dated 28.06.2018 submitted in shakti nagar exchange; which was duly acknowledged. However, the modem and other accessories which i carried with me were not accepted on the pretext that the same should be submitted as and when we call upon you.
              2. Simultaneously, i requested for change of landline plan to rs.250/- meant for senior citizens above 65 years of age.in support thereof, i submitted a copy of aadhar card which bear my date of birth as 19.10.1951.
              3. I took up the matter with agm sales on phone and i was advised to deposit the modem at shakti nagar exchange.
              Accordingly, i deposited the modem alongwith other accessories at shakti nagar exchange on 04.07.2018 vide their receipt no.31 book no.78 alongwith my request letter dated 04.07.2018 which was also acknowledged.
              4. I submitted a copy of the receipt of acknowledgement of modem and accessories alongwith my request dated 04.07.2018 in accounts department.

              It is surprising that even after a lapse of 45 days, my land line plan has not been changed.
              Not only this, i received a bill date 13.8.2018 for rs.884/- which include broad-band charges for full month of july, 2018 whereas i got my broadband disconnected on 28.06.2018.
              I am really sorry to note such state of affairs prevailing in mtnl of which you are zonal head.

              I request you to get my plan changed to rs.250/- meant for senior citizens and advise the accounts department to rectify the bill dated 13.08.2018 by deleting the broad band charges wrongly charged for the month of july, 2018.

                Our broadband speed is very minimum... Please take action-telephone no[protected].. I complain to cmd one thousand times in 5 years. Result is zero. I complain to gm office of mtnl trans yamuna area. Complain to ed — mtnl=khurshad lal bhawan, i even complain to cmd — mtnl delhi. Further more i also complain to mantri ji-sh-manoj sinha, secretory sushree — aruna and dot cvo=mr-akhiya. They all global sitter.

                        I had not subscribed for the service of mtnl funbazaar of ₹5/3days. They are deducting money from my account every day... My account is left with no balance... Please do the needful... I have also complaint for the same in mtnl customer care but i don't think they will respond.. I want my money back... Since june 2018 they r deducting ₹5 from my mobile no... I have seen similar complaints submitted to you on the same matter... I want the amount to refunded to me soon... Everyday i get a msg from funbazaar... But i'm not able to deactivate it... I hope you would the needful

                          On 01.07.2018, I have made telephone complaint for not working under docket no.16 (whereas it was not working since 26.06.2018 - made complaints twice, but they themself cleared without making any confirmation from me or without set right my phone for use).

                          On 20.07.2018 at 13.35, I have taken the status the complaint and till that date, it was not cleared ( print out taken attached).

                          Writing this complaint, now I have received bill charging full months charges. When the phone is not working how they charged full from me.

                            It seems to be like getting a lottery to get mtnl both land line and broad band mtnl complaint numbers 1500 and 1504. Really it is a punishment for the innocent customers. I tried and wasted half hour two three days to book my complaint but of no use. Worst scenario is forcibly enforcing advertisement so irritating both in hindi and marathi to a customer who is in no mood or time to hear such non sense advertisements since the priority is to resolve the problem, i do not know whose brain is behind this non sense, and it is high time to stop such irritating advertisements to customers which is another harassment. When want to book complain starting from 24 i have to wait for so many time h to try 23, 22, 21, 20... And so on till 1 and until no response but thanking for the patience.
                            Can mtnl stop this non sense for giving worst service to customer? Can some higher authorities be involved and interfere the great difficulty facing by customers.
                            How ever i want to resolve my problems for landline 2770 7029 both land line and wi fi. Please help me since the complaint numbers were not effective.

                              I am very sick of complaining about broadband connection i am using. Every month the internet connection gets down for 10-15 days. We keep on complaining on numbers like 1504, 198, 197, 1130 etc. Even sometimes we submit our complaints to gm but the problem remains same.

                              Apart from this, the speed of the connection is very slow. Certain applications like whatsapp, amazon etc also doesnt works in mtnl connection.

                              Need a permanent solution of the problem otherwise, might have to switch to some other broadband services.

                                Please do take corrective action at the earliest and block these numbers shown in your vas charge list for my mobile no. And refund me the amount charged so far

                                Our mtnl instrument is faulty and we need a replacement for a new one.Because of this we can't do any outgoing calls we can only just receive incoming calls. Thank you and hopefully ur'll sort out with this as soon as possible.

                                  I am mr. Lawrence dsouza and i am parcel blind handicap person. I have your mtnl landline number 25152660 from more then 10 years. But from 6 months my telephone line is not working. So many online complaints i registered on mtnl online complaint portal, after i personally visited mtnl qcs / dgm and other related officers. And so many talk with ghtakopar mtnl general manager on phone. Simply giving only promises. Mtnl every month charging me rent with interest. Please take action against ghatkopar mtnl general manager and other officers regarding in this matter. Please restore the mtnl line and give me 6 moths compensation. Take action and suspend related officers

                                    Above said telephone was not working from last 3 months and I am making the payment also up to date when I camplate regarding it I get a message that telephone was disconnect due to non payment last month I was written a mail also that please disconnect my telephone permanently unnecessarily I am making the payment without using it service of Mtnl is so poor that there is no use of continue it there is no dues left or if there is any due left then send me the final bill which I will make payment and don’t wanna continue use the facility this number 28113445 telephone and broadband anymore solve my problem as early as possible so I can switch to some other connection where I get better service.

                                      My name is Umakant Gupta my mobile no is [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcibly. And they are charging Rs 5 between every three days. I have been suffering it for past 2 months and MTNL has deducted my lots of rupees.
                                      Multiple times I called at customer care, but they people did not do anything and many times they cut my call. I send MSG (Stop) to 155223 but the message doesn't sent. I am in trouble please help me. My mobile balance is still deducting by mtnl. Please do the needful as soon as possible thanks
