I got my landline telephone number number[protected]Consumer number [protected]) disconnected on 07.07.2018 and paid the upto date dues amounting to rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) vide demand note no. 1693866 dated 07-july-2018. However received telephone bill invoice no. Mtdl[protected] dated 08.07.2018 amounting to rs.943/- payable by 30.07.2018. Please resolve the issue....

Mtnl broadband internet on line no. 26040417 has not been functioning since past 6 weeks. Several reminders have failed. No action taken till date.
Mr. Shigvam mobile no.[protected] in charge of our locations has not been attending to our complaints nor offering any service. Informed mr. Shigvam's boss at mtnl khar service centre. Till date no action taken....

I had not subscribed for the service of mtnl funbazaar of ₹5/3days. They are deducting money from my account every day... My account is left with no balance... Please do the needful... I have also complaint for the same in mtnl customer care but i don't think they will respond.. I want my money back... Since june 2018 they r deducting ₹5 from my mobile no... On 01.07.2018, I have made telephone complaint for not working under docket no.16 (whereas it was not working since 26.06.2018 - made complaints twice, but they themself cleared without making any confirmation from me or without set right my phone for use).

On 20.07.2018 at 13.35, I have taken the status the complaint and till that date, it was not cleared ( print out taken attached).

It seems to be like getting a lottery to get mtnl both land line and broad band mtnl complaint numbers 1500 and 1504. Really it is a punishment for the innocent customers. I tried and wasted half hour two three days to book my complaint but of no use. Worst scenario is forcibly enforcing advertisement so irritating both in hindi and marathi to a customer who is in no mood or time to hear such non sense advertisements since the priority is...

I am very sick of complaining about broadband connection i am using. Every month the internet connection gets down for 10-15 days. We keep on complaining on numbers like 1504, 198, 197, 1130 etc. Even sometimes we submit our complaints to gm but the problem remains same.

Apart from this, the speed of the connection is very slow. Certain applications like whatsapp, amazon etc also doesnt works in mtnl connection.

My name is Umakant Gupta my mobile no is [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcibly. And they are charging Rs 5 between every three days. I have been suffering it for past 2 months and MTNL has deducted my lots of rupees.

Yesterday i surrendered my landline. I had paid a security deposit of rs 8000/ on 06/12/89 under oyt category. The company instead of refunding took a voluntary deposit from me saying i owe the company money. I have settled all dues, paid the bill too.
I want them to refund the security deposit with them. Igave them all details they need.

Hi this is regarding our faulty landline instrument. Our land line number is 26370198. The customers name is mr yogesh ranjit.. The keypad on the instrument is not working at all and because of this we can't make any outgoing calls just receive incoming calls. I am a resident of goregaon east and i have been facing severe connectivity issues for the past three months.. There is connection drop to every 3-5 mins. I keep calling the mtnl customer service and all they say is their representative will visit today. The service is pathetic. I pay 2000 per month and i get horrible service. My landline No[protected] is not working satisfactorily for the last 2 or 3 months as murmuring sound in coming in receiver always and we are not in a position to talk any one . Many times your line man comes and attend the complaints but I think there is any problem in connection which needs attention of any higher grade officer who could attend the same in a technical manner.

I am having issues from last 3 weeks, sent multiple emails to GM etc, complaint via phone, app, all done, but no one is helping. I am paying for 8mbps plan, but they always cap the speed at 4 mbps or 512 kbps. which is really frustrating. whenever you call they say, the wire will not support 8mbps so pay for 8 mbps and we will provide 4 mbps, wherein 8 mbps speed was working fine for 1.5 years without issues.
its really frustrating...
