My name is Umakant Gupta my mobile no is [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcibly. And they are charging Rs 5 between every three days. I have been suffering it for past 2 months and MTNL has deducted my lots of rupees.
Multiple times I called at customer care, but they people did not do anything and many times they cut my call. I send MSG (Stop) to 155223 but the message doesn't sent. I am in trouble please help me. My mobile balance is still deducting by mtnl. Please do the needful as soon as possible thanks

Yesterday i surrendered my landline. I had paid a security deposit of rs 8000/ on 06/12/89 under oyt category. The company instead of refunding took a voluntary deposit from me saying i owe the company money. I have settled all dues, paid the bill too.
I want them to refund the security deposit with them. Igave them all details they need.
Please help as ₹8000/ is a big amount.

I am having mob no. [protected] of dolphin. I pay online for the last 3 months. My address is block-a-5/2, peshwa road, new delhi. After payment online i get wrong addressed receipt for the last 3 month.
It is requested that the above anomaly may be rectified immediately, so that i can receive correct addressed receipt.

I went mtnl office yesterday to lodge complaint. The officials said that it will be rectified at accounts section, mtnl, idgaah office, new delhi. So please pursue the above anomaly immediately.

Hi this is regarding our faulty landline instrument. Our land line number is 26370198. The customers name is mr yogesh ranjit.. The keypad on the instrument is not working at all and because of this we can't make any outgoing calls just receive incoming calls. Kindly i would like ur'll to please replace the old instrument for a new one as soon as possible. I am a resident of goregaon east and i have been facing severe connectivity issues for the past three months.. There is connection drop to every 3-5 mins. I keep calling the mtnl customer service and all they say is their representative will visit today. The service is pathetic. I pay 2000 per month and i get horrible service. This has to be taken seriously. My money is all getting wasted in such a horrible connection... Mtnl being a government service provider should be better than any other private service providers.

Sir,
My landline No[protected] is not working satisfactorily for the last 2 or 3 months as murmuring sound in coming in receiver always and we are not in a position to talk any one . Many times your line man comes and attend the complaints but I think there is any problem in connection which needs attention of any higher grade officer who could attend the same in a technical manner.
Sir, I still hope that someone will definitely attend my complaint seriously now .

I am having issues from last 3 weeks, sent multiple emails to GM etc, complaint via phone, app, all done, but no one is helping. I am paying for 8mbps plan, but they always cap the speed at 4 mbps or 512 kbps. which is really frustrating. whenever you call they say, the wire will not support 8mbps so pay for 8 mbps and we will provide 4 mbps, wherein 8 mbps speed was working fine for 1.5 years without issues.
its really frustrating when no one is ready for help and I keep on receiving bills for same.

please help further.

I have spoken on MTNL No.: 1503, written emails to [protected]@bol.net.in & [protected]@bol.net.in regarding stoppage of VAS & & I spoke to Shri B.K. Jha (No.: [protected]) also on 13 July, 18. He asked me to dial 155223. I told him this call goes to Reliance from my Dolphin No. & the SMS 'STOP' also goes to Reliance. SMS was not delivered & no body picks up the telephone. Mr. Jha just disconnected his phone & did not pick up the receiver, when I dialed again. . Till the receipt of last bill for May, 18 (received on 23 June, 18 on email), VAS charges continue to be reflected. No sanction has been sought from me. For April, 18 call charges are Rs 2.52/- & VAS Charges Rs 69. In February, 18 Bill, there are 425 entries for mtnl.net.

The company charged me for no service at all for entire four months. I had a balance of rs 200 in my sim card when the service stopped (during my exams). It created too much hassles for me being a girl and an outstation student who falls sick now and then and without a Aadhar card. I have suffered a lot. The company is so reckless. Now, the only message I am getting is regarding recharging. Where did my 200 go and where is the network?!!

Broadband services on 28471530 is disconnected frequently since last 20 days and on regular basis complaint is being booked on 28472198. However on daily basis the complaint is being closed without resolving the issue. My efforts to speak to Mr. Yadav DGM on 28475000 also couldn't fetch any solution. In light of the above May I request you to kindly DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION PERMANENTLY IF YOU CANT GIVE ANY SOLUTION. The services of MTNL has become very pathetic during these 20 days.

Since last six months my land-line is dead. I was lodge many times complain through 198 but the message i got is your complain has been attended. My last complain no is 154 dated 10/07/2018. I would like to bring to the kind notice to the official of MTNL that i have paid rent to the Company without using their service as my land line dead. I have called many time to the MTNL technician but he never received my call it shows that MTNL has shared wrong no with the customer. So, i would like to bring to the kind notice to the official of mtnl through this forum that defects of my mtnl phone no[protected] is to be rectify immediately and rent of last six month should be refunded to me. Hope action against the concerned official also to be taken by the MTNL.

Dear sir/ma'am,

With due respect this is is to update you that my telephone number[protected] is not working and seems to be dead since 1.5 months. As checked, i found someone or somehow the wireline is being deattached from the mtnl board.

For this i have lodged a complaint in mtnl app so many times since a month but everytime it is useless. I believe complaint lodged in the app is getting ignored. I too call customer care wherein i found a contact number of regional centre. As usual, calling at regional centre also didn't worked and still my phone is in dead status.

I am paying mtnl for a service which i am not using since 1.5 months hence request all concerned and authority to please intervene and get my issue sorted out.

I have made online payment of rs 2200/- on 29.06.2018 to keep sufficient balance so the sim keep on working without interuption. But even four days passed and the amount is not reflected in balance. I have recieved message to make payment as my balance is zero.

This is to inform you that my broadband connection is not working. Have made repeated complaints on ivr menu and have also called concerned local mtnl officials. But there is no permanent solution. The problem is solved when the linesman comes and broadband works for 1-2 days, then again broadband stops working.in a month the broadband is working at the most for a few days. Majority of the time it is down. Despite no service i am paying monthly broadband charges to mtnl delhi. Pathetic service and hopeless situation. My mtnl telephone number which has this faulty broadband connection is 23956459. Kindly resolve.
