My name is yaman singh, my mobile no. [protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcely. And they charged 5 r's. Mtnl deducted my lots of rupees. Many times i call at customer care but they people did not do anything and many time they cut my call. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply msg. I am in trouble please help me. My mobile balance is still deducting by mtnl. Please do the needful as soon as possible thanks

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in our c4b 143 janakpuri new delhi 110058. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 20 m away from this pole.

Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
3. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
4. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
5. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 20 m

Dear sir/mam,

My phone is lost yesterday so i want block my sim as soon as possible. Please take a quick action on it my no is (Mtnl) [protected]. U can contact me on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com or in [protected]. The sim is registered with b. S bisht.

I have call you several times but customer always rejected or hold my call for 15- 20 minutes and then just then they cut the call. Really all my banks details, my social sites my gmail account are from this mobile no only.

I got the following msg on 14/05/18:

"thank u for subscribing desi celeb wallpaper service. You have been charged rs.20 you will avail this service for 15 days"

I never subscribed for anything. When i called the customer care, they told that my number is not showing there and that i need to contact sanchaar haat. At the sanchaar haat they said that they can't do anything and that i have to talk to customer care.

I have submitted the modem and landline set on 30th jan 2018 and not yet received the security deposit amount.. When required they also deducted next month plan amount from my security amount of 2000. They said they have issued check of 850 only which is at first wrong and that too i haven't received yet... I am shifting from my current place in 5 days... Don't know how to collect my correct deposit amount from them.

We have taken the new connection of broadband mtnl in the month of april, 2018 but till now the broadband is not working. Due to this i am unable in the working of school work. Kindly do the needfull as early as possible.

I kishore chhabria having mtnl no 26239406 and my ca no is [protected]. My phone is dead since 26th of march 2018. After nearly every alternate complaints my phone did not start. I visited mtnl lallubhai park office on 3rd may 2018. Mr. Pawar was present and he said that mr patel and other linesmen were on leave and showed inability to start my phone. I gave a letter for complain for rebate for the month of april as full month the phone was dead. Now i have received telephone bill for april!!. When i had given the letter for rebate then why did i receive the bill to pay??. What should i do please guide me. How does mtnl work like this. Today is 17th of may and still the phone has not started. Please guide me as to what i should do. Thanks

I had applied for installation of landline phone under general category @mtnl - sion office vide application no.[protected] dtd. 23.02.2018 under subscriber no. [protected]. I was immediately offer the number 24010668 and was assured that the phone will be installed in next couple of days. After continous follow up i was told after 3 weeks that there were shortage of staff, and the installation of wire upto my house was not there. I had no option left but to cancel my landline application. Hence i applied for a refund of inr 2, 000/- which was accepted on 15.3.208. Till today i have not received any refund. On continous follow up i was told that the application goes thru many offices for processing and sion office was not the main office. Hence i kept a follow up at many offices and was told on 26.3.2018 that it will be processed only after 01 april, 2018 due to year ending load. Than after couple of weeks i was told that the application of refund was processed and we will send you a check at your registered address with us. I waited for almost 2 months now, and today i was again told that the file is with the clerk and he is on leave and that i should again call tommorrow. I am out of sheer frustration forced to lodge a complaint, to just prove how our systems works and how they treat the client. I am expecting an immediate solution to my above problem and expect some responsible person from mtnl to look into my case.

My Landline and Broadband line is totally not working 26570898 from 20th March to till date, whenever I raise a complaint on BroadBand or landline my complaint number gets lapsed without sorting the issue, my area lineman (technicians) whoever comes really unskilled and don't about to do anything and a big Kaamchor who never comea and resolve issues.Several time I visited the MTNL office in Bandra West, Mumbai-51, their is knowone who care or listen customer issues what he facing really it make frustrated and anger.

My land line no. is 25333104 and CA no. [protected] and bill no. MTDL[protected] dated 09/05/18. in the name of Vinod Kumar Saxena. has charged Rs. 900 as miscellaneous charges while I have not availed any other services except telephone call.
may be it is internet accessories charges which has been charged when not deposited it. But it has been deposited by us in last week of May 2017.

may be it is entered in system by MTNL department. kindly may arrange to check it and return miscellaneous charges and intimate to us.

My tel no was 22472102, i had surrendered mtnl landline after paying all the outstanding amount on 16th march 2018 and i have been told that refund cheque/dd wil be sent to my address. But i didn't receive any dd from them. I request concerned department to look in to matter and send me the dd as soon as possible.

I have received the new bill from 1st to 30th april by email yesterday. We have been out of delhi for about 15 days in the month of april and the telephone hasn't been used. Therefore it is impossible to do 287 metered calls as mentioned in the bill. I have always promptly paid my bills and would like to continue to do so. But i am unable to pay for the calls which haven't been made by us. Please correct bill to enable me to settle the bill.

I have been trying to resolve my broadband problem for over 2 weeks and have not received any solution or response to the problem. My internet is not working for weeks and i do not like to compromise with my work.

The lady employees at mtnl customer care service are highly ill-mannered and unethical. They do not address our querries and have the audacity to hang up calls in the middle of the conversation. Everytime i call on customer care, all they do is inform me about my complaint number which is 664. Kindly look forward to it, or the least you can do is to tell me how i can get rid of my mtnl broadband. Kindly take actions on time or i might have to reach out to higher authorities.

Mtnl is the most inefficient company and has no qualms about it. The employees are unqualified and have no manners.

I have mtnl dolphin pre-paid connection. For the last few days i am facing a strange problem with my mobile in anushaktinagar (400094) area of mumbai. I am unable to receive or sent any call from my mobile. I tried to check whether there is any problem with my mobile, i tried my phone in my work place at vashi (Navi mumbai), there it worked properly. What's the problem in anushaktinagar area....

Hi, my mtnl (Mumbai) telephone (Number[protected] has been out of order for the last 16 days. I have lodged online complaint thrice and even i have lodged complaint by calling there call centers - nothing happened. Even the officers are not responding (Mr. Yadav [protected]). Where do we go as customers i registered a complaint that my phone line was not clear on the 4th of this month. But till now no action has been taken on that complaint. I have tried to calling sakinaka telephone exchange[protected], 28511300,[protected] of their numbers but as usual no body answers the calls. I have the telephone number of the area line man from previous repair instances. So i tried to calling him too but no response again. So for the past one week i have tried everything that is possible but with no progress. How do i get this resolved?

By an oversight i had paid my landline bill of mtnl delhi for the month of feb.2018 twice. I find that the excess amount so paid has not been adjusted in the next bills for the months of march 2018 as well as april 2018 despite my repeated requests. As such it is requested that the excess amount so paid may please be got adjusted to wards the bill for the month of april 2018.
