Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] Complaints & Reviews

My telephone no 26972031 is dead since[protected]. Complaint no is 330 dated[protected]. No body in the mtnl is bothered to restore it. Should i now approach the hon;ble prime minster's' office for restoring it. It is height of delinquency. How and when my complaint is attended to is a million dollar question. What are the people in mtnl doing is not understood. The concerned minstry should take a serious note of my complaint. Does it mean...

My phone no 26972031 is dead for the last six days. Complaint no is 330. It has not been restored so for. Please have it restored. I live at c-406 sarita vihar new delhi. It is so unfortunate that the working of mtnl is so slow that even after six days my telephone has not been restored. Should this also be referred to the honourable prime minster of india. How sad. Huge bills are paid by us but the delinquent working of mtnl will never improve....

We are consumer of mtnl phone No.22779564 with caller ID situated in East Vinod Nagar since 1998. Out telephone set was broken four months ago and not working. We comlained numerously during four month and you can see the record. MTNL di not replace the telephone set inspite of repeated complaints . Please re[;ace our telephone set or we have not alternative except to surrender ....

I line at flat no. 210, pocket -7, sector 21, rohini new delhi. My mtnl delhi land line no. 27582329 remained faulty from 25.12.16 to 24.01.17. Complaint no. Was 1005 dated 29.12.16. But bill was sent for the period. Now my landline disconnected due to non payment. Kindly arrange to wave off the bill for the period and restore my phone.

My Parents being old age cannot frequently come to MTNL Office for lodging complaint. I have lodged complaint with MTNL online complaint # 6835 on Tuesday 16 05 2017 and earlier last week as well. But no resolution. Have received the Bill amount of Rs 1300 INR as informed to me by my parents. Request to provide resolution by repairing the fault on Top Most Priority.

I had already submitted a written complaint in March 2017 with MTNL, Dwarka, Sector-7, New Delhi 110075 that I do not want the additional services viz. Without my consent mtnl sub2, bhakti sangeet is being subscribed without my consent and rupees 2 deducted every now and then on their own, illegally. Please unsubscribe and refund my money deducted illegally. I had tried 1503 also, i do not know what is the use of 1503, the lady sitting there tellse me to unsubscribe, but i am not able to do it, without further hearing she disconnects. It is also very difficult to connect 1503. I am fed up...

I want all outgoing call details of my telephone no. 28890786, CA no. [protected] for the period 1.3.17 to 31 .3.17 .. From last month i am getting exorbitant bill amount. This month chargeable calls are 608 among which there are only 33 std calls. Hence i wanted to know the details of outgoing calls so that i will know who is using our landline without my information....

[protected] was migrated from post paid to prepaid on 18/4/2017 with no bills pending and sms was received in 2 hours that the migration has been done and I recharged the num with Rs 84 however the sum showed in *444# but no incoming and outgoing since then I recharged with rs 200 and rs 199 but no effect the sum is shown in*444# but no calls then I called 1503 at 7am on 19/4/2017 but no use when I asked them to register a complaint they started...

I possess MTNL Dolphin connection and I stay in Kaushambi towers. Of late, the coverage/signal is absent and the instrument show no coverage symbol. This is becoming a big problem as this telephone number is required to be active for various banking and other service transactions.

I request MTNL authorities to look into the matter and get the connection / coverage set-right immediately....

My phone 25250483 internet is not working properly.. Some times phone also has lot of disturbances. I have complained several times and not proper solution. When complained about slowness, they ask me to top up and i do that and still it is slow and also there is frequent disconnections. No proper solutions. Whenever i call up, i get temporary solution. Nobody from MTNL comes and visits also in-spite of so many complaints...

After every 2 days my mobile balance is deducted by rs 2 for a service called mtnlsub2 which i never subscribed on my dolphin no [protected].
The process for in subscription available in the message does not work.
I have tried to contact the call center but no resort.. I am fed up with it.
Kindly look into this matter and get this service unsubscribed.
