I madhvi devi, want to return the modem and landline of mtnl. My mtnl telephone no. Is 22817270 with ca no. [protected], and my registration no. Of this broadband is elr13008737. My mobile no. Is [protected] and my adrs. Is d-1027/a, gali no.10, ashok nagar, shd., delhi-93.
And there are some personal issues for disconnection. I'll be glad if you can disconnect the connection as soon as possible.

I applied for a new broadband connection on 4/5/2017 with application number 34886628 and name manish pankaj.
On 5/5/2017 a got a confirmation call form mtnl and on 7/5/2017 mr. Sharad
([protected]) kumar collected the document along with rs 500.
And after 3 days the informed me that they cannot provide the connection at my address and told me that i will get the money within a week. But now its more than a month still i haven't recieved my money.

Our CA no. [protected] and phone number 27455794 has received bill of Rs. 947/- which we think is wrong. We are not calling anywhere from our landline as we all have our mobile phones. Already I have sent an email asking for itemised bill or proove that why this much bill amount.

Complaints have already been registered by us regarding the above nos. Below are the details for the same:-

26155620 – complaint no. 356 (Complaint registered on 27.05.17)

26152950 – complaint no. 342 (Complaint registered on 5th june 2017)

I regret to inform that till date (I. E., 13th june 2017), nobody in mtnl is bothered to rectify the problem.

Please take necessary action urgently as we are facing problems due to non-communication and also inform timeline for rectification.

We have two telephone connection under combo plans c. A. No.[protected] and [protected] (Phone nos. Ending with xxxxx972 and xxxxx970) we are tired lodging complaints several times but failed. No phone line as well as no broadband are working for both the telephones.

Now, since we have no hopes of those two connections will ever work, we request you to kindly disconnect both 18 years old connections. This is last bill we have paying and clearing all dues, now we will stop paying bills of those numbers unless and untill the connection works fine.

Updated by akndelhi Still both phones and broadbands are dead. There is no use of registering complain on MTNL website as well as no action taken even after lodging complaint here on consumer complaint forum.

Updated by akndelhi When i checked my earlier complaint status on MTNL website, surprisingly both the complaints were marked CLOSED/RESOLVED while the phones are still dead and not working.

I paid my mtnl telephone bill by online banking on 30th may 2017. But transaction failed & amount rs. 871.00 detected from account then i complaining at branch then sbi staff say we don't know about online banking so we can't provide information about this.
Kindly provide some information about this transaction for refund amount as soon as possible.

Are not accessible to idea mobile public net work and unable to receive emails since 20 days previously it wais working fine. Complained with manly call center. Eye wash reply stating that there is a net work problem in manley system. Can some body thro light on this issue and redress early please. The idea nos are also working for other family members in the same vicinity.

My telephone no 26972031 is dead since[protected]. Complaint no is 330 dated[protected]. No body in the mtnl is bothered to restore it. Should i now approach the hon;ble prime minster's' office for restoring it. It is height of delinquency. How and when my complaint is attended to is a million dollar question. What are the people in mtnl doing is not understood. The concerned minstry should take a serious note of my complaint. Does it mean that there is a lot of corruption in mtnl or does it mean that people serving in mtnl do not do their job fully well. Please stop this red tape.

My phone no 26972031 is dead for the last six days. Complaint no is 330. It has not been restored so for. Please have it restored. I live at c-406 sarita vihar new delhi. It is so unfortunate that the working of mtnl is so slow that even after six days my telephone has not been restored. Should this also be referred to the honourable prime minster of india. How sad. Huge bills are paid by us but the delinquent working of mtnl will never improve. Please do me justice and favour and have my phone restored. Thanks

We are consumer of mtnl phone No.22779564 with caller ID situated in East Vinod Nagar since 1998. Out telephone set was broken four months ago and not working. We comlained numerously during four month and you can see the record. MTNL di not replace the telephone set inspite of repeated complaints . Please re[;ace our telephone set or we have not alternative except to surrender .

I line at flat no. 210, pocket -7, sector 21, rohini new delhi. My mtnl delhi land line no. 27582329 remained faulty from 25.12.16 to 24.01.17. Complaint no. Was 1005 dated 29.12.16. But bill was sent for the period. Now my landline disconnected due to non payment. Kindly arrange to wave off the bill for the period and restore my phone.

Dear Sir,

I had already submitted a written complaint in March 2017 with MTNL, Dwarka, Sector-7, New Delhi 110075 that I do not want the additional services viz. Music and Games for which a separate charge @ Rs.185-73 and Rs.92.40 has been in every bill including the recent bill No. [protected] dated 13-May-2017.

I do not want the above services and I will not pay for the same since I had already requested the concerned MTNL office through a written complaint to disconnect the services with immediate effect. If the action is not taken at your end is then it is the inefficiency of your organisation and I should not be penalised for this.

Please immediately rectify the error and send me a revised bill without above charges and communicate to me in writing that necessary action has been taken at your end.

Hi, my no is [protected].i never registered for any extra type of service, but u r deducting two rupees daily from my account.. Do the needful to unsubscribe and send my money back. I tried 1090 as told by customer care... But no is not reachable... Do the needful at the earliest.
