Since i do not want to continue with ‘tri band’, it is requested that it be disconnected forthwith.

I want all outgoing call details of my telephone no. 28890786, CA no. [protected] for the period 1.3.17 to 31 .3.17 .. From last month i am getting exorbitant bill amount. This month chargeable calls are 608 among which there are only 33 std calls. Hence i wanted to know the details of outgoing calls so that i will know who is using our landline without my information.

[protected] was migrated from post paid to prepaid on 18/4/2017 with no bills pending and sms was received in 2 hours that the migration has been done and I recharged the num with Rs 84 however the sum showed in *444# but no incoming and outgoing since then I recharged with rs 200 and rs 199 but no effect the sum is shown in*444# but no calls then I called 1503 at 7am on 19/4/2017 but no use when I asked them to register a complaint they started cancelling my calls i want to CLAIM my loss in business

I possess MTNL Dolphin connection and I stay in Kaushambi towers. Of late, the coverage/signal is absent and the instrument show no coverage symbol. This is becoming a big problem as this telephone number is required to be active for various banking and other service transactions.

I request MTNL authorities to look into the matter and get the connection / coverage set-right immediately.

Kindly refund deducted amount illegally.Mtnl is a government company, I never think that being a government company deducted illegally name of mtnl sub2.

MD-ONEIND are charging me Rs.5 for 30 days to give me service of downloading Bollywood Wallpapers. They are also informing me about deduction of money from my account from telephone number 52020005. I never subscribed for this service.
They are renewing it without my consent and continue to charge me Rs. 5 for every 30 days on successive renewals. Please stop all payments to MD-ONEIND from my account.

My phone 25250483 internet is not working properly.. Some times phone also has lot of disturbances. I have complained several times and not proper solution. When complained about slowness, they ask me to top up and i do that and still it is slow and also there is frequent disconnections. No proper solutions. Whenever i call up, i get temporary solution. Nobody from MTNL comes and visits also in-spite of so many complaints

After every 2 days my mobile balance is deducted by rs 2 for a service called mtnlsub2 which i never subscribed on my dolphin no [protected].
The process for in subscription available in the message does not work.
I have tried to contact the call center but no resort.. I am fed up with it.
Kindly look into this matter and get this service unsubscribed.

I have been facing poorest broadband relay for last one month...Many complaint has been launched to check or replace landline for or routers...No fulfilling initiative is taken up...
Top of that i cald on 1504 customer care...many time my cal was kept oh hold...I heared literally house hold talks of females who are attending customer complaint cals..
Mrs.Sawant who attended my last cal today at 7pm odd...when i ask to talk to thr team leader Who was some...Mrs.Chinkar was off for water drinking break...

I dont understand wat is going on...Ru guys professional...Pathetic approach...

My MTNL Sim card number is [protected] and I am being penalized for being MTNL subscriber. I never asked for providing this service. I am a senior citizen and would never like to subscribe for this senseless thing. You are unauthorizedly deducting my money. Last month also I un-subscribed from this service but I have again received a message today on 30/03/2017 that my Bollywood Model Wallpaper service II b renewed on[protected]& your account II b charged Rs 15 valid for 30 days[protected] is still 2 days ahead but you have renewed on this date?)

Mtnl is a worst company
i paid my two pending bills on 25/03/2017 at about 1 pm but they disconnected my broadband on that day evening. After lot of complaints and many calls they are not able to restore that line even on 28/03/2017.
almost private players restore line in just 5 to 10 minutes MTNL is still fighting with it own laws.
they call me many time and tell that Your broadband will start works in just half hour but no way the employees are just enjoying there salaries and no body want to do work just taking govt money at there homes

Kindly refer above tel. Bill for the month of Jan. & Feb. 2017 in which Rs.214/= & Rs.458/= (inclusive taxes) are wrongly debited in our bill. The same has been charged under “HANGAMA ENTERTAINMENT ULTD-DR & HANGAMA BLOCKBUSTER-DR on last day of month i.e. on 31st Jan. & 28th Feb. of 2017.” respectively. This has been charged without our consent may pl. be noted. You are requested to pl. adjust an amount Rs. 672/= in next bill & pl. see it should not repeat again.
In this regard when I have contacted to Mr. Amarjeet Kumar, AO, Sakinaka Tel. Exchange, in person on 23rd March 2017 in his office, he has adviced that go to HANGAMA site & do deactivation. However, such type of facility is not available on site. Secondly, he has advice me to contact on toll free no.[protected] for deactivation but when I have contacted for half an hour at 12.30 to 1 pm, nobody has responded me today. It is also understood that same method is going to repeat every month if it is not deactivated. It means it is short of "ACHHE DIN" for no faults o[censored]s.
It conclude that MTNL has started collecting white brief from back door through HANGAMA from customer by way of cheating method. Pl. note that if this practice is not stopped immediately then I will not have other option than informing to press media of Times of India,
