I have been facing poorest broadband relay for last one month...Many complaint has been launched to check or replace landline for or routers...No fulfilling initiative is taken up...
Top of that i cald on 1504 customer care...many time my cal was kept oh hold...I heared literally house hold talks of females who are attending customer complaint cals..

My MTNL Sim card number is [protected] and I am being penalized for being MTNL subscriber. I never asked for providing this service. I am a senior citizen and would never like to subscribe for this senseless thing. You are unauthorizedly deducting my money. Last month also I un-subscribed from this service but I have again received a message today on 30/03/2017 that my Bollywood Model Wallpaper service II b renewed on[protected]& your account...

Mtnl is a worst company
i paid my two pending bills on 25/03/2017 at about 1 pm but they disconnected my broadband on that day evening. After lot of complaints and many calls they are not able to restore that line even on 28/03/2017.
almost private players restore line in just 5 to 10 minutes MTNL is still fighting with it own laws.
they call me many time and tell that Your broadband will start works in just half hour...

I have been trying to get resolution to my MTNL broadband wifi problem for over the months. Internet works only when the cable is connected to my laptop. Wi fi does not work on any device. After three months of looking for resolution, I decided to change my broadband plan.

I am unable to change my WIFI's password as the IP page is not loading since last one week, i am regularly taking follow up from mtnl people but still nothing has been done to resolve issue i am facing.
more over Customer executives call us on our landline and scold us on why did we lodge a complain rather than providing solution.

I am very much disappointed to say that there is absolutely no mtnl network in our entire area of more than 5000 buildings in BARC Anushaktinagar, near Mankhurd railway station. There are more than 25, 000 barc employees and along with their families the population would be much higher.
