MTNL Delhi said, " Please note the following details about your Online Recharge request for Mobile Number [protected] and Transaction Date 22-Jun-2016 and Recharge Amount (Rs.) 45.00.
The detials are : Transaction Date and Time =[protected]:18:53, Payment Transaction ID = GSBI[protected], Payment Status = SUCCESS, Transaction Amount = 45.00, Mobile Number = [protected], Ref. No. =[protected], Recharge Status = FAILED.
If Recharge Status is FAILED, then your MTNL Mobile recharge has Failed, the debited amount will be reversed to your account within 3-5 working days.
Unfortunately, my amount has not been refunded by MTNL.
Very sad.

I face too much problem of call drop on my number [protected]. Several times i connected my call to anyone... Each time call not be connected... Or if connected voice quality was too poor.. Not be understable.

For i single call i m trying 4 to 5 times.

If goverment bands provide this worst communication.. How we plan future of digital india.

Its also not worked in my office delhi secretariat.

Since i took internet connection from mtnl, i am facing issues almost every or evry second month. My internet dosent work from months. I file a complain, and mtnl people falsely clear my complaint without fixing the problem. This time it is almost 1.5 months.

But nothing is ever done. Mtnl is best at providing worst service and treatment to its customers.

I am user of MTNL broadband for last 10 years, my telephone no is[protected], I am facing lot of problems with my broadband connection since last one month, some time working some times not. I have complaint several times about it to the concerned authorities, however, problem is still not resolved.

My connection no is 25337610 and ca no is [protected] and i had disconnect this connection on 30/3/2016 and paid my last bill amount is 939.00 Rs and return all accessories i have all the prof all this. when i was going to receive my refund the said me that you are refundable amount is 0. when i asked him to how is posible i paid all the bill and also return all your accessories. Then they said me nothing and dont give me any prof al this thing and reply me i am not your animy so that i havent return your refundable amount. so now suggest me what should i have to do.

I had the mtnl ltd delhi fixed line with broadband. I was transferred to punjab. I went to their office to surrender the instrument. They asked me to give id photo copy along with original. As i had other urgent works relating to shifting i came back. After one month telephone was cut due to non paymentnow after 14 months i had got a legal notice from mtnl asking me to deposit rs 5000. I have security deposit of rs 3000/kept with mtnl. The mtnl has found new way to hrassand fleece their former customers. Why i have to pay if my telephone has been disconnected due to non payment

Dear MTNL

My MTNL phone number 26843198 has been wrongly billed for a period of 7months from August 2014 to Febuarary 2015.

As per complaint in July 2014, I requested MTNL to kindly disconnect my services as my telephone was dead for the previous 2months.

But there was no response to my complaint then and now eventually, I have been charged for 7months of telephone bill, where has not been a single day during this period, when my phone was operational.

Request to kindly rectify the bills and reimburse my security and instrument amount.

Hon'ble president,
I submit that i have telephone no.[protected] with broadband services for the last so many years. Since 2014 i have been facing problems of non functioning of broadband services. I have repeatedly requested mtnl officials and dotel to resolve my grievance but there is no satisfactory resolution to my complaint. I have repeatedly requesting mtnl officials on there nos. 25366666, 28088300, 28088400, [protected], email to [protected]@bol.Net.In, [protected]@bol.Net.In, [protected]@bol.Net.In, and so numerous ivrs complaints but my broadband remains out of service on an average 15 days out of 30 days during the month. My complaints to gov. Portal are as under: dotele/2016/16967 dtd 22.05.2016, dotel/e/13941 dtd.3.5.2016, dotel/e/2016/10285, dotel/e/2016/8669 dtd.15.03.2016, dotel/e/2016/10285 dtd. 1.4.2016, dotel//e/2016/11381 dtd. 18.04.2016, dotel/e/2016/12571 dtd. 23.04.2016, dotel/e/2016/13941 dtd.28.04.2016 dotel/e/2016/8669 dtd.23.03.2016, dotel/e/2016/11381 dtd.07.04.2016. I have lodged so many complaints also but mtnl officials as usual never responded to my requests and continuously and deliberately caused hardship to me by not providing uninterrupted broadband services for which i used to pay on an average rs.1500/ each month. This is deficiency of services.
My humble request to the hon'ble president is to please do justice to me by awarding compensation of refund of my bills paid amount to rs. 50000/- (Aprx) and an equal amount for the harassment, mental agony faced by me during the last couple of years.

My tel 26196137 landline was dead since 16/05/2016. A comp. Was loodged on 17/05/2016 no. 278. The matter was thereafter pursued by me several times. But the complaint was not attended. I got a message from md mtnlcb on 21/05/2016 that it was attended. But my landmine is still dead and the comp. Was not attended. Hence, i lodged another online comp no. 632 on 21/05/2016.

The matter may pl. Be looked into urgently. I am a deputy secretary in the ministry of steel and i am required to do a lot of work from home. Hence, the telephone connection is absolutely necessary.

Complained various times from 08/04/2016 till date (19/05/2016)
The complaints are been closed without customer consent and are not responding to the emails and calls to their office.
The same problem is escalated from sde to de to dgm to gm to ad of the division but all are keeping deaf ear towards this.
Executive till gm have already stepped in to the resolution of problem is what they are saying but it sees no action or betterment towards the complaint.

Looking for better resolution with permanent sort!

I am using dolphin service for approx. 10 years now. For last 1 year or so, service has been continuously deteriorating. Weak signal, no signal, call drop, one way sound - it has become horrible as of date.

I have repeatedly complained at mtnl customer care helpline but there hasn't been any follow ups/actions from mtnl. My first complaint was registered on april[protected]Case #1123765) and its been almost 3 weeks since then. Every time i call customer care to follow up, a new complaint is registered instead of resolving my original complaint.

They have given me 4 complaint numbers since my first call but the problem stands as-it-is. Complaint numbers: 1123765, 1127347, and 1131550 are through customer care helpline while complaint number: 169873 is through online complaint system.

Is not working from 01month before, for that i have several time telephonically complaint to area office on [protected] & 25175111 which is pickup the phone mrs verma, every time she is tell me sir your complaint has been process, also she is giving the some mobile no and name (Mr gauri shankar mbl no [protected], mr babu ram mbl no [protected], mr chauhanbut they are not pickup the mobile & till now not rectify the my problem and nobody is bothered with my complaint.

So it is my request you kindly look in the matter and provide the solution on urgent basis otherwise i will come to you through legal.

Sir, mtnl land line no: 27740817. I used to pay bill through sbi online, since last few months i do not receive any bill through sbi link online. Others bills like electricity, gas etc are showing online except mtnl bill. It causes me very difficult to pay mtnl land line bill only. I enquired mtnl office and sbi bank where the officials advised me to inform to your forum. So i hope you will take necessary action as soon as possible.

On 13.05.16 i had some problems with mtnl broadband wi fi. For my tel no. 2770 7029. Subsequently i was trying to sort out via the no 1504 and got docket no. 4478. For wi fi there were interruptions and the problem was almost sorted out. But on 14.05.16 the telephone was also dead., accordingly complained and the docket no. Was given as 448 with the sms message' same shall be attended shortly.' since it is the weekend the usage and utility is more and the need is indispensable. But to my surprise, instead of 24x7 services and urgency i had no reply for the last two days. This means either there was nobody at service, or no responsibility, or no cares, or mismanagement. It is very disgusting when so many competitive broad bands are available such negligible attitude to be checked at the earliest by higher authorities. Also like to convey the fact that when recorded message for english press 3, the respond was always in hindi instead of the default english. Pl clarify is there nobody knowing english for respond or mtnl want everybody to learn hindi to survive here. It is high time to wake up for mtnl,

My complaint is against MTNL mumbai which as follows:
I had 3G data balance on 9.5.2016 which had expiry on same day. When data balance was 37-25MB, I recharged again by amount Rs.152 and the balance get added. This was also confirmed by dialing *446# which showed two different data balances having two different expiry /validity dates. That time I also had calling balance of Rs.207/- in my account. But as I tried to call, my balance was zero. So i called customer care since 3pm to 8pm. Many times calls get dropped by MTNL's poor service when i was in pune city. As the executives told me that there was no data balance on 9.5.2016, so your calling balance has been used. But it's not true, because I confirmed the previous data balance availability before and also after recharge of Rs.152/-. My 3G data balance was never zero on 9.5.2016. It should be checked by MTNL how many times i have checked the data balances on 9.5.2016 by dialling *446#.. If it wrongly showed by dialling *446#, it's not my mistake, does it mean that *446# is not reliable? I have not used my calling balance since i recharged it by Rs.200/- I remain always alert for my calling balance should not be used for internet. So Please help me so as my calling balance get credited by Rs.207/- at the earliest.

1500 is use less number as nobody gives correct information
Even after complaining in 1500 several thousand times I am receving SMS regarding use of mtnl net

Why mtnl is sending a lot of sms per day and sometimes even in night.
Only on sms is sufficient and not every now and then

My internet is been not working properly for 2 months now
. I have complaint registered almost daily.

I daily receive a call from the exchage to check of internet ios working or not
but its not and they always have same answer they will get back.

I have contacted to customer care and the higher authority people also but no proper response . But yes bill is on time but not the internet and i have tied to conatct sdm for burarri area with contact no [protected] but its is switch off or no one will answer the phone.

i have been complaining and i m really tired. The mtnl people always say that we'll send a guy to check your modem but till date i have never seen this happening where should i go, i was not getting at all service

my telephone number is 24184074 and landline service is provided by MTNL which almost in every month have in dead state for 2 week or more. when ever line is dead we have to go at MTNL office to complain the same because in costumer help line number is always busy aur no one respond for other end.I have already complain the same for MTNL apps and docket number is 2233 which show the status cable under breakdown.

please take an action to resolve this type of regular problem which we face form MTNL
