MTNL Tel Number[protected] :Broadband Internet Not Working since 19thDec2020 : Ref my Complaint No: 5878 dtd 19th Dec2020, and Compl No:633 PENDING
It was Also NOT Working from 16th Nov till 1st Dec,
Every month end if you see my Customer Complaint Log with MTNL, it will be noticed that Internet stops working for a week or 10 days.
MTNL is UNFAIR to Bill the Customer with Pending Complaints for a month.

Can MTNL STOP BILLING and Take away their faulty equipment from our premises, with immediate effect please
