Broadband service for my mtnl mumbai phone 25559213 is only giving 0.5 mbps whereas my plan is for 8mbps. There are also frequent disconnections. Clearly the department is not equipped to provide services. I have to spend a lot of my time submitting complaints and talking to mtnl mumbai folks and it all ends up in peril.
There is no issue whatsoever in my line as my address is very much accessible. So it appears it is just to create nuisance and harass me for no apparent reason as i have always been cordial to the service provider. Alas it is not reciprocated and the department employs incompetent people who are unable to resolve my issue.
Currently i am feeling i am being defrauded by the department as i am not getting the service i am paying for. After months of trying to reach out to someone who will listen (As the department is very opaque and you get to talk to only call center or low paid technicians), i am writing this note.
Hopefully there is an official who still takes pride in his job and wants to provide services for which he is paid. Was this information helpful? |
