Dear sir/madam, I want to disconnect my landline as well as broadband connection as the main purpose of the connection is the broadband service but since I have shifted here in Palam from south extension part 2 in September 2015 the internet service has not been working even for ten minutes. I had been complaining about the matter since last six months but no action taken up by the mtnl employees I am fade up of your service my telephone number is 25043160 and my CA No is [protected]. No lineman turned up to check the problem or either fixed my problem even after complaining online, telephonic as well as after visiting mtnl telephone exchange Dabri. So it is my heartiest request to disconnect my landline as well as broadband connection for CA no. [protected] and landline no. 25043160
