Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — deactivation of ocsbox services

My mobile number is [protected]. Without my consent, ocsbox services are activated and deducting the money every month. This is a unfair practices of the service provider. Please deactivate ocsbox services on my mobile. For 2 days, rs.10 have been deducting. This is happening every month. If the services are not stopped, i am forced to approach consumer forum with a complaint.

I had surrendered my MTNL Delhi telephone number 22614232 on 21st July 2018. alongwith instrument. Buy so far, i have not received the security refund.
