My phone is dead since 27th March 20. Every time I used to complain, it used to get marked as rectified within few hours. I complained thru selfcare and telephone on 27/3, 8/4, 14/4, 29/5, 29/5, 3/6. Finally the last complaint on 23/6 (docket no. 6586) is still open for more than a month. I was billed for the period upto 23/6 and the current bill discounts for dead phone duration post 23/6. There's no communication whatsoever about if and when the dead phone will get repaired.
