Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Did complain of land Landline got pocket no but MTNL officer not only resolving my problem but also by arbitness generating bills | |||
My PCO land line 24169139 is in dead condition since November-2020. I complained to MTNL Wadala exchange office in December so I get pocket no:3064 Dated: 1-Dec-2020 but still Dec-2020, Jan-2021 & Feb 2021 bill generated and deducted done from my bank account. I wrote a letter on date 17/02/2021, but no one listening my problem, I did an e-mail but no action taken, till today as on date: 03/03/2021 my land line number is in Dead state. Today when I again Complaint about my issue then officer told me that your complain has been lifted (cancelled). I asked who lifted my complain but no one answering my questions. They are again given me a new pocket number as, Pocket no. : 5337 Dated: 03/03/2021 So now I sending this Complain to you as Consumer Protection cell.Please resolve this problem and please tell me what about those generated bills although not a singal calls are made due dead state. MTNL officer not giving me answer that "Who will responsible for this arbitness action of MTNL and those forcefully generated bills." Wadala comes in Zone-2 and manager of this zone Mr. A.A. Kulkarni' and contractor Mr. Imran doing the arbitness without any fear, these both person putting problem each other. So an action must be take these officer and that officer who left the complain forcefully.While MTNL department doing the arbitness action. Was this information helpful? | |||
